Abstract

However, when facing doubts during the service, self-conflict arises. Finally, after showing his profession, he will not care about gender differences. Even male social workers can use their gender advantages to interact and interact with new residents’husband. In the same way, the members of the new residents' households can also receive services. The second is to cultivate multicultural sensitivity. In addition to being sensitive to misunderstandings caused by cultural differences, we also need to accompany new residents and their families to understand the differences in multiculturalism, so that transnational marriages can be more peaceful. Finally, the supervisory resources and continuing education training used by male social workers when they are aware of service bottlenecks can continue to improve their profession and make the service complete.
