台北市國民中學自然與生活科技領域教師生涯發展與工作滿意度之研究

Abstract
我國在九十一學年度開始實施九年一貫課程,教學上以領域學習為主,而當前的教師所受的專業訓練是以分科教學為導向,因此教師需接受進修與學習以求成長,特別是涵括最多學科的自然與生活科技領域教師。
教師生涯發展是影響教師專業成長的重要因素,而教師在專業成長的過程中,會因工作量增加而對教師工作滿意度有所影響。因此本研究主要目的在探究國中自然與生活科技領域教師生涯發展的現況及其工作滿意度,並瞭解國中自然與生活科技領域教師在各生涯發展階段的工作滿意度的差異。
本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師,經分層抽樣的方式,實得有效樣本共237份。所得資料分別以次數分配、百分率、平均數、標準差、卡方考驗、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。
本研究所獲致的結論如下:
一、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師的生涯發展現況,挫折衰退階段人數占近四分之一:學習成長階段人數比例最低占六分之一。
二、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師的工作滿意度屬於中上程度。
三、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師的生涯發展階段因教師年齡、服務年資、最高學歷及專業背景不同而有差異。
四、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師的工作滿意度因教師擔任職務及最高學歷不同而有差異。
五、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師的工作滿意度與其生涯發展階段有關。
根據研究的結論,針對教育行政機關及自然與生活科技領域教師,提出三點的參考建議:
一、台北市國中自然與生活科技領域教師其生涯發展階段以「挫折衰退期」居多,應透過多元進修管道,建立教師生涯規劃意識,進而豐富教師內涵以求成長。
二、應在政府機關穩定的人事制度特色下,建立穩定明確的薪資福利制度,維護教師的權益。
三、教師應具備個人專業成長計畫的規劃與積極主動的態度,主動參與各項進修課程,補充專業能力之不足。如此能充實教育上的專業能力,如此亦能提昇自身的工作滿意度。

It starts to implement nine-year curriculum from 91 academic year. Teaching should be the field-based learning, but the training of nowadays teachers is the Subject-based. Therefore all of the teachers have to receive the training and learning to improve their teaching skills. The domainof nature science and living technology teachers.also need to learn. Career development is one of the factors to impact teacher professional growth. In the process of the teacher professional growth, the job satisfaction will be affect due to increased workload. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of career development and job satisfaction of the domain of nature science and life technology teachers in Taipei, and to better understand their job satisfaction in the various stages of career development. The research uses questionnaire and the objects of survey are the domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei through stratified sampling, and received 237 effective samples. The data individually used frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA to analyze. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei are in the career development stage of “Setbacks recession” including 24.5%. 2. The job satisfaction for the domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei belongs to above average. 3. Stages of career development for the domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei will make significant differences with their age, seniority, the highest level of education and Professional background. 4. The job satisfaction for the domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei will make significant differences with their office duty and the highest level of education. 5. The job satisfaction for the domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei is related with their career development stage. Based on the conclusion of this study, three recommendations are proposed to the educational administrative authorities and the domain of nature science and living technology teachers. 1. The domain of nature science and living technology teachers in Taipei are in the career development stage of “Setbacks recession”. It should have multiple aspects to establish teachers’ career planning awareness and to enrich teachers’ content. 2. The educational administrative authorities should establish a stable system of wages and benefits specifically to protect teachers’ Rights and interests. 3. Teachers should have the personal professional growth plan and proactive attitude, active participation in various training courses to supplement the lack of professional ability.
