接班人計畫觀點探討激勵因素、知識移轉與工作滿意度之研究

Abstract
本研究以量化之問卷調查法為樣本蒐集之方式,針對C電信公司員工進行實證研究,共計回收有效問卷235份,主要研究目的如下:第一、為探討個案公司員工對接班人計畫實行之認知情形;第二、探討個案公司接班人計畫實行對激勵因素、知識移轉及工作滿意度的影響;最後、探討加入接班人計畫中介變項,以瞭解激勵因素及知識移轉是否會透過接班人計畫對工作滿意度產生影響。透過研究顯示,研究假設部分獲得支持,最後根據研究結果將針對學術界及實務界提出相關建議。
This study employed literature review and questionnaire surveys,by choosing the C telecom company as a case study,The total usable number of questionnaires returned was 235.The objects of the study include, first, to make the comparison of the personnel background variable between the aspects in Succession Planning, Knowledge Transfer, Motivation, job satisfaction,second, realize the effect of succession planning on knowledge transfer, motivation and job satisfaction, Finally, discuss if the motivation and knowledge transfer will affect job satisfaction by having the variable of the succession planning. The suggestions based on the research analysis provided for organizations.
