鳳凰花開後的天空－高中體育班學生畢業後的生涯發展之研究

Abstract
本研究目的在探討高中體育班畢業生之生涯發展情形，以新竹市鳳凰高中92級畢業生為研究對象，以導師身份進行質性研究之深度訪談法，探討高中體育班畢業生之學習歷程、生涯發展情形、以了解高中體育班資歷是否對現職有所幫助。研究對象是鳳凰高中第三屆體育班畢業生，畢業至今十年以上，年齡介於30至32歲，藉由這十位研究參與者探求本研究之主題。本研究主要結果與建議如下： 一、體育班學生除了運動訓練，還是得要讀書，要培養成為具現代公民素養的學生運動員。二、體育之路很辛苦，走非體育之路也很辛苦。設定目標後，遇到轉折和起伏，也要向前邁進，創造出自己的天空。三、學體育有甚麼用？經研究訪談和結果顯示，體育班訓練出的運動人格特質，對職場有高度正面性的幫助與影響。最後，建議高中體育班學生應瞭解學術並重之觀念，高二時應做好生涯規劃，在面對未來的挑戰則須不斷充實自我，做好準備。
The purpose of the study is to explore the career development of the senior high school graduates from the specialized sports class, which is based on the 2003 Hsinchu Phoenix High School graduates as the research targets. Being a homeroom teacher, I interviewed 10 of my students by means of qualitative research, investigating their learning process, career development to comprehend if their backgrounds are helpful for their current jobs. The research targets graduated ten years ago, aged between 30 and 32. The main results and suggestions are as follows: 1.Besides sports training, students of the specialized sports class have to work on their academic subjects to cultivate their civic literacy as student athletes.2.The future for an athlete is quite tough, but it is also difficult for them if they choose other jobs. After setting a goal, they have to overcome the challenges and obstacles to achieve their dreams. 3.The results of the research and interviews show that the personality traits of the students of the specialized sports class have highly positive effect and help on their career.Last, I suggest that the students of the specialized sports class should fully understand the importance of both the academic work and specialized sports. They should start to make plans for their future career development in the second year of high school and continuously make themselves fulfilled to face the future challenges in life.
