dc.description.abstract中國大陸經濟逐漸強盛,兩岸交流漸增,許多報章雜誌開始討論「中國崛起」之議題,而中國大陸方面也在近年持續公布相關優惠政策吸引臺灣人前往就學、就業,可以發現臺灣學生西進中國大陸就讀高教之現象日益明顯。儘管有相關研究在探討其前往就學之動機,關於他們的學校適應卻鮮少被關注。 因此,本研究採質性研究法,從網路平台徵詢十五位就讀985高校之臺灣學生為研究主體,針對其赴中國大陸的就學動機、適應問題,以及因應策略等方面進行深度訪談,透過資料分析,歸納出以下結論: 一、臺灣學生赴中國大陸就學動機主要受到文憑主義影響。 二、臺灣學生學校適應分期主要包含蜜月期、調適期與熟悉期,在文化衝擊上相對較少。 三、臺灣學生學校適應問題主要包含學習適應、人際適應與日常生活適應,學習適應與人際適應需要花費較長時間。 四、臺灣學生主要採取「問題取向策略」與「閒置取向策略」來因應學校適應問題。 五、臺灣學生學校適應會受到中國大陸高教優惠政策影響,可能導致更大的學習適應困難。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAs China’s economy has matured, the cross-strait exchange is developing vigorously. Media have noticed and begun to discuss “the Rise of China”. In recent years, the mainland of China has continuously announced preferential policies to attract Taiwanese to study and work there. Taiwanese students entering Chinese universities for higher education is becoming increasingly popular. Although some previous researches have discussed their motivations for going to China, little attention has been paid to their adjustment in Chinese universities. In this qualitative study, the experimental subject is 15 Taiwanese students who study in Project 985 universities in the mainland of China, who are recruited to join this study through the Internet. In-depth interviews were conducted on the motivation, adjustment and coping strategies of these students in the mainland of China. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The motivation of Taiwanese students studying in the mainland of China is mainly credentialism. 2.Taiwanese students’ school adjustment process can be mainly divided into several periods, including the honeymoon period, adjustment period and familiarization period. Besides, Taiwanese students feel relatively fewer cultural shocks. 3.Taiwanese students mainly face learning difficulties, interpersonal difficulties and daily life adaptation. Learning and interpersonal difficulties take a longer time. 4.Taiwanese students mainly adopt “problem-oriented strategy” and “idling-focused strategies” to respond to adjustment problems in Chinese universities. 5.Taiwanese students’ school adjustment is affected by Chinese higher education policies. The policy change may result in more significant learning and adjustment difficulties.en_US
