高中推動國際教育促進跨文化素養之研究-以桃園縣一所高中為例

Abstract

本研究旨在探討國際教育旅行對跨文化素養的促進,透過學生與教師的訪談分析日本國際教育旅行現況與跨文化素養的實踐,希望藉由上述現象的瞭解,來推動日本國際教育旅行提升跨文化素養的實踐。本研究係採質性研究法,運用日本國際教育旅行的文件,以及26位學生與2位教師的訪談的資料分析,探討日本國際教育旅行的現況與促進跨文化素養的狀況,以下將依據研究結果,說明獲致的結論。 從研究結果發現,藉由日本國際教育旅行在跨文化交流的學習上,學生在活動中充分體驗日本生活文化,也體驗認識日本高中生活。研究結果也顯示,在跨文化的體驗上發現可以開啟國際視野,增進語言及溝通的能力,另外在關懷與包容上可以發展全球化意識,以及發展永續的合作夥伴。雖然日本國際教育旅行可以增進跨文化的素養,但發現日本國際教育旅行仍有進步的空間,亟待推動與落實國際教育。 最後綜合本研究發現,研究者提出對日本國際教育旅行的建議,期望透過積極的推動國際教育活動提升跨文化素養能在高中落實。
This qualitative study aims to investigate the promotion of cross-cultural awareness through international educational trip. Through interviews with teachers and students, the status of the international educational trip to Japan as well as the practice of the cross- cultural artistic appreciation are analyzed. The data is collected and analyzed through interviews with two teachers and twenty-six students .The results are described in the following based on the collected data. According to the results, in terms of cross-cultural learning, students experience Japanese culture thoroughly and experience high school life in Japan as well by joining international educational trip to Japan. Besides, in terms of cross-cultural experience, international horizons are broaden. The improvement of language and the improvement of communicative ability are found. As to tolerant concerns and the aspect of caring, global awareness and a sustainable partnership are developed. Though international educational trip to Japan can promote cross-cultural artistic appreciation, there is still a room for improvement for practicing international education. To sum up, based on all of the findings in this study, the researcher gives suggestions of international educational trip to Japan with the hope of advancing and practicing cross-cultural artistic appreciation in senior high schools through the active promotion of international education.
