具雙證照國中代理專任輔導教師生涯承諾發展歷程探究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探究具備雙證照之國中代理專任輔導教師,其生涯承諾發展歷程。本研究採用敘事研究,以立意取樣法邀請四位研究參與者進行訪談,並以半結構式訪談蒐集資料,資料分析採用「整體—內容」與「類別—內容」歸納與分類研究參與者的生命故事。研究結果如下:四位研究參與者的生涯承諾發展歷程可分為以下階段:一、生涯探索的開端;二、初入輔導工作與雙專業結合;三、深化與再探索生涯發展的可能性;四、面對自我生涯承諾的省思與成長。具雙證照對國中代理專任輔導教師在生涯承諾發展歷程的優勢經驗包含:一、跨專業的實務能力;二、對系統有高度掌握度;三、多元化的生涯發展機會。在生涯承諾發展歷程所面臨的挑戰感受則包含:一、在跨領域背景中尋找定位;二、與學校文化與制度磨合的困難;三、在多元發展中感到迷惘與自我設限。從事學校輔導工作,對於具雙證照的國中代理專任輔導教師帶來的生涯意義內涵為:一、專任輔導教師角色帶來自我成長;二、發展出自我專業認同;三、回應自身的生涯期待;四、未來發展的可能性。最後,根據研究結果,提出對雙證照教師生涯發展、師資培育制度與未來研究之建議。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to explore the career commitment development process of dual-licensed substitute guidance teachers in junior high school. Using a narrative research approach, the study employed purposive sampling to invite four participants for interviews. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using holistic-content and categorical-content methods to summarize and classify the participants' life stories. The research findings show that the development of career commitment among the four participants can be categorized into the following stages: (1) the beginning of career exploration, (2) entering the counseling field and integrating dual professional expertise, (3) deepening and re-exploring career development possibilities, and (4) reflection and growth in personal career commitment. The advantages of holding dual-licensed in the career commitment development of substitute guidance teachers in junior high school include: (1) practical capabilities across professional domains, (2) a high degree of system mastery, and (3) diversified career development opportunities. Challenges experienced during the development of career commitment include: (1) finding one’s place within an interdisciplinary background, (2) difficulties in adapting to school culture and systems, and (3) feelings of confusion and limitation amid diverse possibilities.Engaging in school counseling work brings the following career-related meanings for dual-licensed substitute guidance teachers in junior high school include: (1) the counseling role fosters personal growth, (2) development of professional identity, (3) fulfillment of personal career expectations, and (4) possibilities for future development.At the end of the study, based on the research findings, this study offers suggestions for the career development of dual-licensed teachers, teacher training systems, and future research.en_US
