Abstract

隨著時代的變遷,科技的發達,不僅給人們帶來生活上的便利之外,亦間接影響人們的生活飲食起居,在每天可見的電視中或社群媒體的廣告中,可看見美麗動人的模特或明星代言著各式各樣的商品,尤其近年在減重瘦身的議題上更是日漸直上,人們對於女性身材標準「瘦即是美」的觀念根深蒂固在大眾的心中,從而使得眾多男女性,不論是為了達到社會所給的標準或是健康問題,亦或是對於自我的控管,而規劃與進行減重瘦身的計畫,但適當的減重瘦身計畫並非一朝一夕便能擁有,需透過相當多的管道進行資訊的搜尋與判別才能避免造成身體不可抹滅的損害,本研究為幫助想要或正在進行減重瘦身的女學生,能在不傷自身健康的前提之下,更加準確地掌握適合自己的減重瘦身資訊,因此,藉由探討促成大專院校女學生減重瘦身動機的因素,以及在規劃減重瘦身計畫的過程中所需的資訊種類、尋求管道及資訊選擇因素等作為日後傳遞正確的減重瘦身資訊及使用資訊管道的參考。本研究以線上招募方式進行立意取樣15位大專院校女學生為訪談對象進行半結構式深入訪談,根據研究結果,促成大專院校女學生減重瘦身動機的因素,主要來自於「追求自我」的個人因素與「特殊時機」的情境因素,資訊的類型則以運動與飲食資訊為主,資訊來源管道依照所提及的次數排序為搜尋引擎、影音平台、社群媒體及紙本書籍,而選擇資訊的重要因素以「時間的調配與金錢的考量」、「成效預估與執行的可能性」為主,在資訊正確性上依「資訊的權威性」「資訊的交叉驗證」「資訊的更新頻率及新穎性」進行判斷,在資訊的使用行為上則以「儲存閱讀,但未必實踐」、「直接實踐」、「彙整資訊後再實行」為多數,而在資訊尋求過程中曾遭遇「資訊正確性難以判斷」「搜尋結果不理想」「資訊量過大」「金錢與時間成本過高」等困難。根據以上研究結果,提出相應的建議給資訊提供者、資訊尋求者與未來可行之研究建議:一、對資訊提供者的建議:政府官方網站資訊更新頻率應再快速且新穎,網站在設計與規劃時,也應將「闢謠」特別規劃出區域,以便瀏覽者更快速找到資料。個人資訊提供者則在分享資訊或經驗時,應多加檢視真實性與權威性,以避免造成他人身體危害。二、對於資訊尋求者的建議:在尋求網路減重瘦身資訊者,可參照本研究結果進行網路文章與資訊正確性判斷,同時也可參與學校所舉辦的相關減重瘦身課程,利用課後之於詢問專業教職人員所尋到之網路資訊。三、未來研究建議: (一)探討在不同資訊尋求管道進行減重瘦身資訊搜尋之信賴度量化研究; (二)探討規劃期與執行期的減重瘦身資訊行為差別。
As the time goes, the advancement of technology not only brings convenience into people’s lives, but also affects people’s daily life. We can see fabulous and gorgeous things on TV show and social media advertisement. Models or celebrities endorsing all kinds of products, especially losing weight has become hot topic these years. The idea of “Slim is beauty” has deeply rooted in the heart of the public, which makes many women or men have planned to take action on weight reduction programs, whether to solve health problems or standards given by the society, or self-management. However, an appropriate weight loss plan cannot be achieved overnight. It requires many channels to find and judge information to avoid harm to the body. This study is to help female students who wants to lose weight can grasp the weight-loss information that is suitable for their weight loss without harming their own health. Therefore, discuss the factors that contribute to the motivation of female students who’s losing weight in college, and the types of information required in the process of formulating the program. Finding the right information source as references to formulate the correct weight losing program.This study had taken interviews with 12 female students in colleges. From the study, the factors that contribute to the motivation of female students in colleges losing weight, comes from the personal factors of"self-pursuing" and the situational factors of "special occasions". The type of information is exercise and diet oriented. Their channels of information seeking include searching engine, media platform, social community and physical books. The important factors in selecting information are " time fit and consideration of money " and " estimation of effectiveness and the possibility of implementation ". Aaccording to "the authoritativeness of information" , “cross-validation of information”, “update rate and novelty of information” to identify the correctness of information. Their information use behaviors include “Store and read, but won’t implement”, “directly achieve”, “summarize information then execute”. The difficulties that female students may encounter during their information seeking are “the correctness of information is difficult to judge”, “the search results are not ideal”, “amount of information is exceeded”, “excessive time and financing cost ” etc.Based on the above research results, corresponding suggestions are made to information providers, information seekers and feasible research suggestions in the future:1. Recommendations for information providers: The frequency of information updates on official government websites should be fast and novel. In the design and planning of the website,"rumor clarification" should also be specially planned out so that visitors can find information more quickly. When sharing information or experience, personal information providers should check the authenticity and authority to avoid causing physical harm to others. 2. Recommendations for information seekers: Those seeking online weight loss and weight loss information can refer to the results of this research to make judgments on the correctness of Internet articles and information. At the same time, they can also participate in relevant weight loss and weight loss courses organized by schools and use the lessons. After class they can ask the professional faculty for information that they got from the Internet.3. Suggestions for future research: (1) Explore the reliability measurement research of weight loss and slimming information search in different information seeking channels; (2) Discuss the behavioral differences between weight loss and slimming information between the planning period and the execution period.
