Abstract
This article reviews some of the search engines which are currently available on the World Wide Web. The amount of information sources on the Web are growing exponentially daily. It is extremely difficult to keep track of what is available. The search engines provide an attempt to organize various Web infomation sources. The article discusses the differences and similarities among all these search engines and presents the pros and cons on each search engine described. Some of the options or features described in this article may not be valid since the search engines can be changed without notice. This also makes it more difficult to search for information on the Web.
