華僑學校因應新冠肺炎之線上教學研究:以韓國一所華僑小學為研究對象

Abstract

本研究主要在探究韓國一所華僑小學,從2020年1月開始至2021年7月為止,因應新冠肺炎的線上教學實務。研究目的有三個:一、記錄個案學校在疫情期間所開展的線上教學模式及當中所遇到的困難。二、探討教師在線上教學期間所遇到的挑戰。三、調查與分析學生在線上教學的適應情況與學習成效。本研究採取個案研究法,除了觀察、記錄學校因應新冠肺炎所做的線上課程之演變,並訪談四位不同學年的導師,以及針對研究者班上的六年級學生做問卷調查。研究時間橫跨三個學期,藉由長期對情境的觀察以及利用各種管道收集來的資料做分析,以豐富、詳細的敘述來呈現,試圖深入瞭解、解釋學校行動過程的整體樣貌。依據研究結果,歸納出下列八點結論:一、個案學校在弱勢的教育系統下倉促實施線上教學。二、個案學校因應內外在條件,開展出三個不同學期、不同模式的線上教學。三、疫情下全新的線上教學方式帶給教師心理壓力與多重困難。四、混成式教學的實體課帶給師生壓迫感。五、教師對於提升學生其線上課的學習動機感到無力。六、多數學生的線上學習工具符合需求,但仍有弱勢學生處於劣勢狀態,並出現缺曠課情形。七、學生因長期線上課感到壓力與身體不適。八、學生在線上課難以專注且學習成效不佳。研究者最後亦分別以學校、教師、後繼研究者三個面向提出建議。疫情下的線上教學實證研究,目前以大專院校為多數,期望本研究能在小學與僑教的缺塊上填補一隅。
This research mainly explores the online teaching practice of an overseas Chinese primary school in South Korea from January 2020 to July 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research has three purposes:1. To record the online teaching modes and difficulties encountered by the case school during the epidemic. 2. To explore the challenges faced by teachers during online teaching. 3. To investigate and analyze students’ adaptation to online teaching.This study adopts a case study method, in addition to observing and documenting the evolution of the school, interviewing four class teachers in different school years, and conducting a questionnaire survey of sixth-grade students in the researcher’s class. The research time spanned three semesters. Through long-term observation of the situation and analysis of the data collected through various channels, The research was presented in rich and detailed narratives, and trying to deeply understand and explain the overall appearance of the school’s action process. Based on the research results, a number of conclusions were drawn, and a number of suggestions were made for schools, teachers and subsequent researchers. Empirical research on online teaching under the epidemic is currently dominated by universities, so I hope this research can fill the gaps in primary schools and Overseas Chinese Schools.
