職場健康促進自主認證制度之成效探討-以臺北市職場員工為例

Abstract
為瞭解於國內推動許久之健康促進職場認證標章維持成效,本研究以台北市101至103年度獲得健康職場-健康促進標章認證之職場做為母體,隨機選取大職場30家412位員工(平均每家約14人)、中職場7家35位員工(平均每家約5人)及小職場5家10位員工(平均每家2人),並與未認證之職場配對,共966位員工,認證組有508位,非認證組有458位。針對「健康促進政策」、「健康促進人力組織」、「健康促進計畫規劃」、「社會責任」、「健康促進計畫執行」、「各項健促活動辦理情形」及健康促進計畫成效「參與度」、「職場健康促進認同感」、「健康促進結果」面向比較認證與非認證職場員工之健康促進成效。經研究發現,認證職場在政策、人力資源組織、健康促進計畫規劃、社會責任、健康促進計畫執行、參與度、職場健康促進認同感、健康促進結果等皆顯著高於非認證職場。各項健康議題推動現況,認證職場有舉辦活動皆高於非認證職場,其中運動計畫及急救訓練兩項議題成效最好。影響員工健康促進結果主要預測因子為:性別、教育程度、人力組織、計畫規劃、社會責任以及計畫執行。
The purpose of this research is to explore effects of worksite health promotion certification. Research subjects were 966 employees, 508 employees were certification group and 458 employees were non- certification group from 84 worksites in Taipei city. The data collection was based on structured questionnaires that including health promotion policy, human resources and organisation, planning of program, implementation of program, social responsibility, hold health promotion activities, degree of participation, degree of identity and health promotion result. Data was analyzed by T-test, hierarchical regression. The results are summarized as follows: 1.With regard to effects of worksite health promotion, research scored highest in the health promotion policy and lowest in the social responsibility. 2.The certification group in policy, human resources and organisation, planning of program, implementation of program, social responsibility, hold health promotion activities, degree of participation, degree of identity and health promotion result are significant greater than non- certification group. 3.With regard to effects of health promotion activities, exercise program and emergency rescue training are highest. 4.Significant factors that influenced health promotion result in the subjects inculded:sex, education, human resources and organisation, planning of program, implementation of program and social responsibility.
