Abstract

本研究目的在探討影響大學生睡眠品質之相關因素。以某國立大學100學年度第二學期的日間部大學生為研究母群體,採分層等比率隨機抽樣,以自填結構性問卷為工具進行資料收集,共發出550份問卷,有效樣本為497 份,問卷回收率90.4%。 一、以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(PSQI)評量研究對象的睡眠品質,結果顯示研究對象睡眠品質差者佔六成多,而且放假日的睡眠品質較上課日的睡眠品質為佳。 二、研究對象個人背景因素中「性別」、「學院」、「住宿地點」、「疾病」與睡眠品質有顯著差異,且經Scheffe’s 事後檢定發現「學院」組間有顯著差異,顯示工學院學生睡眠品質較科管學院差。 三、研究對象的生活壓力與睡眠品質呈顯著的相關,即生活壓力越大其睡眠品質越差,本研究相關性以課業壓力最大。 四、研究對象的睡眠衛生與睡眠品質呈顯著的相關,即睡眠習慣、飲食習慣、運動習慣、睡眠環境、網路使用習慣越差者,其睡眠品質越差。 五、研究對象自覺健康狀況、飲食習慣、睡眠環境、網路使用習慣等預測變項能有效預測睡眠品質,可解釋睡眠品質總變異量為36.5%,其中以「網路使用習慣」影響力最大。
Abstract This study purpose to investigate factors influencing the sleeping quality of college students. Subjects were collage students at one national university during February and June, 2012. The research instrument was one structured questionnaire delivered to subjects with stratified cluster sampling. Among 550 copies of distributed questionnaire, 497 were valid. The returned rate was 90.4% . The findings were as following: 1.More than 60% of the subjects were found by PSQI to have bad sleeping quality. The sleeping quality on weekends was better than weekdays. 2.There were significant differences among the sleeping quality and genders, collages, living locations, and diseases. With further analyzing with Scheffe Post Hoc, it was found that students from engineering collage had worse sleeping quality than students from scientific management collage. 3.There was a significant negative relation between living stresses and sleeping quality. Heavy living stresses, especially the academic stress, might result in worse sleeping quality. 4.Subjects with worse sleeping behavior, diet preference, exercise preference, sleeping environment, and internet usage behavior might had worse sleeping quality. 5.The predictors such as self-health awareness, diet preferences, sleeping environment, internet usage behavior could effectively predict the sleeping quality. The explanatory power was 36.5 % and the internet usage behavior was the most influential.
