Abstract

本研究以資訊系統成功模式(Information System Success Model, ISSM)及科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為理論基礎,探究宜蘭縣國小教師使用學習吧進行備課及教學的使用行為意向、實際使用,以及學習吧是否有效協助教師進行課堂上的教學。本研究探討宜蘭縣國小教師的不同背景變項對其使用學習吧進行備課及教學之系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質是否有顯著差異;宜蘭縣國小教師使用學習吧進行備課及教學之系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質對其使用學習吧進行備課及教學之認知有用性與認知易用性是否有顯著影響;宜蘭縣國小教師使用學習吧進行備課及教學時的認知易用性對其使用學習吧進行備課及教學時的認知有用性是否有顯著影響;宜蘭縣國小教師使用學習吧進行備課及教學之認知有用性與認知易用性對其使用學習吧進行備課及教學之使用行為意向是否有顯著影響;宜蘭縣國小教師使用學習吧進行備課及教學之使用行為意向對其使用學習吧進行備課及教學之實際使用是否有顯著影響。研究結果顯示不同性別及任教領域教師對使用學習吧進行備課及教學之系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質皆有不同看法;教師使用學習吧的系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質對其認知易用性及認知有用性皆有顯著影響;教師認為認知有用性對使用行為意向的影響大於認知易用性;教師對於學習吧的使用行為意向和實際使用具有正相關。最後,本研究依據上述之研究結果,針對教育及學校相關單位、教師和學習吧提出具體建議。
This study explores the adoption and effectiveness of LearnMode in lesson planning and teaching among elementary school teachers in Yilan County. Using the Information System Success Model (ISSM) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as theoretical foundations, the study examines teachers' behavioral intentions, actual usage, and how LearnMode supports classroom instruction. The research assesses how teachers' background factors influence their perceptions of system quality, information quality, and service quality. It further investigates how these factors affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, as well as the relationships between these perceptions, behavioral intention, and actual usage. Findings reveal that teachers' gender and teaching subject significantly impact their views on system, information, and service quality. System quality, information quality, and service quality play crucial roles in shaping perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, with perceived usefulness having a greater impact on behavioral intention than perceived ease of use. Additionally, behavioral intention is positively associated with actual usage of LearnMode.Based on these findings, the study provides practical recommendations for educational authorities, school administrators, teachers, and LearnMode developers to enhance the platform's implementation and usability in educational settings.
