dc.description.abstract | 在現行的帳單與付費模式中,始終無法完全脫離紙本、複雜的流程、大量人工和便利性的不足。複雜的流程是指目前雖有多種的電子帳單呈遞與支付(electronic bill presentment and payment, EBPP)系統,但每個服務提供者(Sellers)都各自發展獨立平台與付費系統。如果消費者面對n個不同的服務提供者,則需要向n個服務提供者申請電子帳單和付費功能等服務。本論文提出智慧型手機(smartphone)的EBPP架構與系統,解決大部分付費系統的缺點和EBPP系統的部分問題。近年由於智慧型手機的崛起與快速普及,功能日益強大,智慧型手機有助於更多功能行動化。本論文透過企業對企業(business to business, B2B)、企業對消費者(business to consumer, B2C)、交易流程、智慧型手機概念等,設計並評估將EBPP應用於智慧型手機簡稱SP-EBPP,提出6點:1.SP-EBPP系統架構與各方(parties)的處理程序。2.建立SP-EBPP系統排隊理論(queue theory)模型,並分析SP-EBPP系統的損失機率與總成本。3.分析SP-EBPP系統各方的價值定位。4.評估SP-EBPP系統的優缺點。5.SP-EBPP系統的成本與效能分析。6.將SP-EBPP系統實作模擬在Android智慧型手機上。SP-EBPP系統可大幅度地提升社會效率、提高消費者便利性、企業減少用紙量、減少人工成本、提高帳款收回速度。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Among many existing bill paying models, most paying systems still used printed bills that complicated processing procedures and increased labor- consuming. Despite there were many payment systems, many service providers still developed individual platforms and payment systems. If a consumer received services from different providers, the person would have to apply for different e-billing and payment services from the providers. This thesis proposed solutions to the problems stated above by using a smartphone-based EBPP system (SP-EBPP). The author designed a SP-EBPP and evaluated its applications to smartphone regarding B2B, B2C, trading procedures, and so on. Accordingly six points would be discussed: (1) the architecture of SP-EBPP and the processing procedures between all parities; (2) establishing queue theory models of SP-EBPP and analyzing its loss ratio and sum cost; (3) analyzing value positions of SP-EBPP between buyers, sellers, banks, and trusted third party; (4) assessing advantages and shortcomings of SP-EBPP; (5) analyzing cost and effectiveness of SP- EBPP; (6) simulating operating SP-EBPP on Android-based smartphones. SP-EBPP could increase the efficacy of billing and payment, enhance convenience for consumer, reduce paper consuming, and lower labor cost. | en_US |
