Abstract

本研究旨在探討台北市國民小學校長同理心技能與學校效能之關係,並據以提出結論與建議,期能提供國民小學校長作為發揮同理心技能以改進學校效能的參考。本研究採問卷調查研究。首先,蒐集有關文獻,探究校長同理心技能與學校效能之意義、層面及測量工具,其次探討二者之關係;並利用郵寄問卷方式,調查並獲取台北市國民小學校長同理心技能與學校效能之相關資料,並將調查結果進行分析討論,最後綜合研究發現做成結論,並提出具體建議。 本研究研究對象為台北市之公立國民小學教師,抽樣調查72所公立國民小學1005位教師,調查結果以平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法,進行資料處理分析,獲致下列結論: 一、 台北市國民小學校長同理心技能屬「中高程度」的表現。 二、 台北市國民小學學校效能屬「中高程度」的表現。 三、 台北市國民小學校長同理心技能因學校環境、人口變項不同而有差異。 四、 台北市國民小學學校效能因學校環境、人口變項不同而有差異 五、 高校長同理心技能會有高學校效能。 六、 台北市國民小學校長同理心技能與學校效能有中度正相關。 根據上述研究結論提出建議,供提昇國民小學校長同理心技能與改進國民小學學校效能之參考。
The goal of this study is about the relationship between the elementary school principal's empathic skills and the school effectiveness in Taipei City, and make conclusions and suggestions practically, hoping to offer some references to the elementary school principal to improve the of school effectiveness. The research methods is questionnaire survey. First, to search related literatures, and study the meanings, aspects and the measurement of principals' empathic skills and school effectiveness, and then to study the relationships between the two. In addition, to use the questionnaire by mails, investigate the related information of elementary school principals' empathic skills and school effectiveness, and analyze the results. Finally, make conclusions from the discovery of the research. The samples of this study are 1005 teachers of 72 elementary schools locating in Taipei city. The results are analyzed by means, standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1.The elementary school of Taipei City is with the type of Medium-High principal's empathic skills. 2.The elementary school of Taipei City is with the type of Medium-High school effectiveness. 3.The elementary school’ principal's empathic skills is differentiated by the varied cause of school environment and individual variables. 4.The elementary school’ school effectiveness is differentiated by the varied cause of school environment and individual variables. 5.The higher the principal's empathic skills, the better the school effectiveness. 6.There is Medium positive correlation between the whole and every dimension of principal's empathic skills and the ones of school effectiveness. According to the researching results, I offer some suggestions to be the references of promoting of elementary school principals' empathic skills and improving the school effectiveness.
