國軍深造教育學員學習意願、組織承諾及其相關因素之研究-以陸軍指揮參謀學院正規班為例

Abstract

本研究主要目的在探討國軍身教教育學員學習意願、組織承諾及其相關之因素,研究採問卷調查研究法,並以陸軍指揮參謀學院正規班學員為研究對象。研究工具為研究者自編的「國軍深造教育學員學習意願及組織承諾調查問卷」。 在資料處理方面,以多變項變異數分析(MANOVA),單變項變異分析,多元迴歸分析,典型相關分析統計來解答研究問題,得到下列結果: 一、深造教育學員之背景變項與學習意願、組織承諾有呈現正相關。 二、深造教育學員之學習意願可預測、解釋其組織承諾。 最後本研究依據研究結論提出三項建議: 一、精進選訓制度:由「考試選員」轉型成為「主官保薦」與「選員受訓」。 二、精進部會協訓認證,完善國軍服役條例修訂。 三、對未來研究者建議多元研究方法、母群及善用部隊輔訪機制持續追蹤研究。
his study aims to investigate the military education students’ desire to learn by example, organizational commitment and its related factors, and the study uses survey research method, and Army Command and General Staff College regular class students for the study. Direct the research tool for researchers "National Forces’ Postgraduate education student learning will and organizational commitment questionnaire." In data processing, we use multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), univariate analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, typical correlation analysis of statistics to answer research questions, the results as followed : 1. Postgraduate education student's background and the willingness to learn have a positive correlation with organizational commitment. 2. Postgraduate education student's desire to learn can predict and explain their organizational commitment. Finally, the study’s conclusion provide three suggestions: 1.Improve selection process:transformation from exam orientation to "master official sponsor" and "nominee election. " 2.Improve co-training certification between different departments, and fully revise National Forces’ Service Amendment. 3.Recommendations for future researchers by diverse research methods, parent groups and mechanisms of force visit to keep track of the study
