體育循環協同教學對於國小學童健康體適能之影響-以新北市一所國小為例

dc.description.abstract本研究以新北市一所國小100~109學年度的四、五、六年級學童為研究對象,目的旨在探究研究對象在這十年間的健康體適能發展趨勢、比較落實體育循環協同教學後,研究對象與全國常模的健康體適能測驗平均成績、以及探討體育循環協同教學對於國小學童健康體適能之影響,研究方法採用描述統計、獨立樣本T檢定與半結構式訪談,蒐集10年間的檢測數據結果分析之,並訪問參與教學的體育教師和學生們,以深入探究教師如何協同設計課程,以及其影響學童健康體適能之因素與成果。研究結果顯示如下: 一、落實「體育循環協同教學」之後,國小四、五、六年級學童的健康體適能成績有明顯提升。 二、落實「體育循環協同教學」之後,國小四、五、六年級學童的健康體適能通過率遠高於全國常模。 三、透過教師所協同設計的課程、多元的教學方式,對國小學童面對健康體適能檢測有正面的影響力。 最後,依據研究結論提出對於體育教師、學校機構以及未來研究的相關建議,以作為教學、學校及後續研究的參考。 關鍵字:循環協同教學、健康體適能、國民小學zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research focuses on students in fourth graders, fifth graders and sixth graders were drawn from an elementary school in New Taipei City in 2011-2020 academic school years respectively. The purpose of this study is to explore the development trend of healthy physical fitness of the research objects in the past ten years, to compare the average scores of the health fitness test between the research object and the national norm after the implementation of the circulative team teaching, and to understand the effects of circulative team teaching on physical fitness in elementary school students. The research method used descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and semi-structured interviews to analysis of the results of testing data collected over 10 years, and interviewed the physical education teachers and students who participated in this teaching, to explore how teachers design courses collaboratively, as well as the factors and outcomes that affect school students’ physical fitness.The results of the study are as follows:1. After the implementation of"Circulative Team Teaching on Physical Fitness", the physical fitness performance of the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students has improved significantly. 2. After the implementation of "Circulative Team Teaching on Physical Fitness", The pass rate of the physical fitness of the fourth, fifth and sixth grades students is much higher than the national norm. 3. The curriculum and diversified teaching methods co-designed by teachers have a positive influence on the physical fitness testing of elementary school students.Finally, based on the research results, suggestions are made for reference for physical education teachers, schools, and future research.Keyword: circulative team teaching, physical fitness, elementary schoolen_US
