dc.description.abstract | 我國大學院校生活輔導組成員工作價值觀與工作投入之研究 摘 要 本研究旨在探討我國大學院校生活輔導組成員工作價值觀與工作投入之現況、關係及有關的影響因素。 本研究採用問卷調查法的調查研究法,以全國1026位生活輔導組成員為研究對象,實施普查,並以「大學院校生活輔導組成員工作價值觀與工作投入調查問卷」為研究工具,內容包含三個部分:第一部份為工作價值觀,包括自我成長取向、自我實現取向、尊嚴取向、社會互動取向、組織安全與經濟取向、安定與免於焦慮的取向及休閒健康與交通取向等七個層面;第二部份為工作投入:包括工作比重取向、工作認同取向、工作成就取向等三個層面;第三部份為生活輔導組成員背景資料;主要以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理分析,得到以下結論: 一、 我國大學院校生活輔導組成員評估工作價值觀的重要性,較重視「社會互動取向」及「休閒健康與交通取向」層面,而較不重視「自我實現取向」及「安定與免於焦慮取向」層面。 二、 我國大學院校生活輔導組成員對於工作投入的程度,較偏向「工作比重取向」層面,其次為「工作成就取向」層面,再其次為「工作認同取向」層面的投入。 三、 部分個人背景因素(性別、身份類別、婚姻狀況)與部分學校背景因素(學校生職比、工作環境整體評價)不同的生活輔導組成員,在工作價值觀的重視程度上有顯著差異。 四、 部分個人背景因素(服務年資、擔任職務、身份類別、主要承辦業務)與部分學校背景因素(學校性質、學校地區、工作環境整體評價)不同的生活輔導組成員,在工作投入的程度上有顯著差異。 五、 生活輔導組成員大部分工作價值觀(整體工作價值觀、目的性價值領域、及自我成長取向、自我實現取向、尊嚴取向、社會互動取向、組織安全與經濟取向等五層面)與工作投入有顯著相關。 六、 生活輔導組成員部分背景變項(工作環境整體評價、學校性質、性別、服務年資、擔任職務、學校生職比、身份類別)與部分工作價值觀(尊嚴取向、組織安全與經濟取向、休閒健康與交通取向、社會互動取向)對工作投入有顯著預測力。 最後,依據發現與結論,分別針對生活輔導組成員、學校、相關教育主管機關及學術未來研究提出具體建議。 關鍵字:生活輔導組成員 工作價值觀 工作投入 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | A Study on Work Values and Job Involvement for the Life Guidance Section Members in Our University Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation , relation and influential factors that are work values and job involvement for the life guidance section members in our university. The study method adopted here is questionnaire, and the instruments used in this study is “Questionnaire of Work Values and Job Involvement for the Life Guidance Section Members in University”. All university and 1026 life guidance section members in our country are selected as research objects. The questionnaire is divided into three parts. Part one is about work values, including “Self-growth Orientation”, “Self-realization Orientation”, “Esteem Orientation”, “Social Interaction Orientation”, “Organizational Security and Economy Orientation”, “Stability and Free form Anxiety Orientation”, and“Leisure Healthy and Traffic Orientation”. Part two is about job involvement, including “Job Proportion Orientation”, “Job Approval Orientation”, and“Job Achievement Orientation”. Part three is about members’ background data. The statistical methods include t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Following conclusions are drawn from this study: 1. Life guidance section members emphasize on the work values of higher “Social Interaction Orientation”,“Leisure Healthy and Traffic Orientation”and lower “Self-realization Orientation”, “Stability and Free form Anxiety Orientation”. 2. Llife guidance section members emphasize more “Job Proportion Orientation”job involvement than “Job Approval Orientation”job involvement. 3. Some individual variables(gender, identify classification, marital status)and some institutional variables(student-staff ratio, working environment appraise wholly)influence life guidance section members work values. 4. Some individual variables(the years in working, position, identify classification, major functions)and some institutional variables(property and location of a school, working environment appraise wholly)influence life guidance section members job involvement. 5. There is a positive relationship brtween the life guidance section members major work values(Overall Work Values, Value Field of Purpose, Self-growth Orientation, Self-realization Orientation, Esteem Orientation, Social Interaction Orientation, Organizational Security and Economy Orientation)and their job involvement. 6. Some variables(working environment appraise wholly, property of a school, gender, the years in working, position, student-staff ratio, identify classification)and some work values(Esteem Orientation, Organizational Security and Economy Orientation, Leisure Healthy and Traffic Orientation, Social Interaction Orientation)can be a predictor to life guidance section members job involvement. Finally, according to those conclusions, this study provides suggestions to the life guidance section members, schools, education authorities, and future researches.
