恆毅力對中學輔導教師專業信心與專業承諾關聯之中介效果

Abstract
本研究旨在分析中學輔導教師本身專業信心與專業承諾之關聯,並分析恆毅力的中介效果。研究參與者為國、高中輔導教師,其中國中專任輔導教師87人,高中專任輔導教師29人,國中兼任輔導教師79人,兼任國、高中輔導行政之教師35人,共計230人(男性27人,女性203人)。本研究使用問卷調查法,研究工具為「輔導專業知能量表」(王麗斐、吳姿瑩、張雨霖,2018)、「高中職輔導教師專業承諾量表」(劉福鎔、林清文,2008),以及「恆毅力量表(Grit–S)」(Duckworth& Quinn, 2009)。研究結果為:
一、不同輔導專業背景之中學輔導教師,其專業信心整體而言有差異,但在專業信心的各向度上則未顯示差異;不同年齡之中學輔導教師,其專業信心有顯著差異, 41歲以上之中學輔導教師專業信心大於其他年齡層;不同職務別之中學輔導教師於專業信心上則無明顯差異。
二、不同年齡與不同職務之中學輔導教師在專業承諾層面上皆呈現無差異。而不同專業背景之中學輔導教師則有顯著差異,具有碩博士身份之中學輔導教師具有較高的專業承諾。
三、不同專業背景之中學輔導教師在整體恆毅力上有差異,在毅力層面,輔導學分班之輔導教師高於輔導相關科系專業背景者;不同年齡之中學輔導教師在整體恆毅力上有差異,在熱情層面33~40歲之中學輔導教師高於29~32歲者;不同職務之中學輔導教師在整體恆毅力上無明顯差異。
四、專業信心與承諾間有正相關,並可由恆毅力部分中介效果,其中恆毅力之「毅力」分量表有部分中介效果;但「熱情」分量表無中介效果。
最終本研究依據研究結果,針對後續相關研究及輔導教師之培訓與徵選實務提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the professional confidence and commitment of school counselors, and to investigate the mediating effect of grit between professional confidence and the professional commitment. The participants were 230 school counselors (27 males and 203 females). Questionnaire survey method was used in this study, it includes “Professional Counseling Competency Scale”, “The Scale of Professional Commitments Made by Senior High and Vocational School Counselors” and “Grit Scale”. The findings of this study are: 1. There is no significant difference in the professional confidence of school counselors whose professional backgrounds are different. There is a significant difference in the confidence of school counselors of different ages. There is no significant difference in the confidence of school counselors in different positions. 2. There is no significant difference in the professional commitments of school counselors of different ages and positions. However, school counselors who have a master's degree in the professional background possess high professional commitments. 3. There is a significant difference in grit of school counselors in different ages, and there is significant difference on the passion. The school counselors in different positions have no significant difference in grit, passion, and perseverance of effort. 4. The relationship between the professional confidence and commitment is partially mediated by grit and perseverance of effort. But there is no mediating effect of passion between professional confidence and commitment of school counselors.
