國中學生參與童軍活動與自我效能之相關研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討國中學生參與童軍活動與自我效能之關係,透過學生參與童軍活動的情形及成效,了解童軍與非童軍自我效能之差異及其相關因素。希望研究結果能提供推動童軍活動的參考,以增進童軍活動的成效,並且能提供國中生增進自我效能的管道。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以「國中學生參與童軍活動與自我效能問卷」、「國中學生自我效能問卷」為研究工具,調查臺灣各地區國中之童軍與非童軍,抽樣調查25所國中共1777 名學生,其中童軍859名,非童軍918名。問卷內容包含童軍活動成效(童軍知識成效、童軍精神成效、童軍技能成效)、自我效能(社會性自我效能、自我調整效能、解決問題效能)兩項分量表,根據調查所得資料,分析與歸納獲得研究結論如下: 一、 國中女童軍之童軍活動成效優於男童軍。 二、 國中女童軍之自我效能優於男童軍。 三、 國中童軍的「社會性自我效能」、「自我調整效能」顯著優於國中非童軍。 四、 國中童軍的童軍活動成效可以有效的預測自我效能。
The research aimed to discuss the relations about scout activity participation and self-efficacy of junior high school students and to understand the difference and correlative factor on scout and non-scout Self-efficacy. The results were expected to provide reference of promoting scout activity and to promote the self-efficacy of junior high school students. The research uses survey questionnaire. The survey tool is 「Scout Activity Participation and Self-efficacy of Junior High School Students scale」and「Self-efficacy of Junior High School Students scale 」. The research were amounted to 1777 students including 859 scout students and 918 non-scout from different areas in Taiwan. The instruments used included scout activity achievement (scout knowledge achievement, scout spirits achievement ,scout skill achievement)scale and junior high school students self-efficacy(social self-efficacy,self-regulatory efficacy, problem-solving efficacy )scale. The findings of the research are as follow: 1. The scout activity achievement of female scout is better than male scout. 2. The self-efficacy of female scout is better than male scout. 3. The social self-efficacy and self-regulatory efficacy of junior high school scout is better than junior high school non-scout. 4. The scout activity achievement can forecast junior high school students self-efficacy correctly.
