Abstract

大專住宿生對學生宿舍期待與滿意度之研究— 以仁德醫護管理專科學校為例 作者:徐子凡 國立台灣師範大學 公民教育與活動領導研究所 摘 要 本研究旨在探討大專住宿生對學生宿舍期待與滿意度之現況,及希望了解有關的影響因素,以作為仁德專校宿舍輔導工作改善的參考,提升學生住宿品質,加強宿舍之教育功能。文獻蒐集主要是探討學生宿舍的教育功能與國內外相關理論與實證經驗,以為分析、討論。探討學生宿舍之理論基礎;說明學生宿舍的功能;討論學生宿舍的輔導管理與標準;分析我國大專院校及仁德專校學生宿舍的現況;探究學生宿舍之住宿滿意度相關研究與評量。 不同個人背景變項的住宿生、不同宿舍背景變項的住宿生,對「學生宿舍環境、行政及輔導之期待度」、「學生宿舍環境、行政及輔導之滿意度」各為何?以及其和上述背景變項之關係為何?是本研究想要加以探討的。另將針對期待度與滿意度落差最大的十個項目深入探討,以焦點團體法,邀請各棟宿舍住宿生代表、舍監、教官及宿舍輔導管理人員,針對期待度與滿意度落差最大的項目,探討原因及提出改善建議,並提出對仁德專校學生宿舍輔導管理之改善建議。綜合研究發現如下: 一、空床率為31.2%;住宿生五專一、二年級佔56%,其他高年級僅達44%,加強高年級之住宿率是未來努力的方向。 二、住宿生對學生宿舍之環境期待度高,但滿意度偏低。如能取消分段式沐浴時間、冬天增加熱水供應量、改善寢室通風及採光、加強蚊蟲防治、設置簡易廚房、酌量降低寢室人數及景觀之綠美化,則可提高住宿滿意度。 三、寢室吵雜、門禁管制方式缺乏彈性,則以改變管理方式尋求改善。 關鍵詞:大專住宿生,學生宿舍,住宿期待度,住宿滿意度。
Study on the expectation and satisfaction of college boarder over the student dormitory based on Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management Author: Hsu Tzu-fan Civic Education and Leadership Department of National Taiwan Normal University Abstract This study is to probe into the status of college boarder’s expectation& satisfaction on the student dormitory and hopes to investigate the related influence factors so as to be used for the reference to improve the student dormitory management in Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management and promote quality of student quartering, strengthen the educational function of student dormitory. This study has cited the related theories and testified experiences on the educational function of student dormitory at home and abroad as the theory basis to analyze, discuss and probe into the student dormitory; to describe the function of student dormitory; to discuss the management and standard of student dormitory; to analyze status of student dormitory of domestic college& university and Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management; to probe into the related studies and evaluations on satisfaction of student dormitory. The purpose of this study is to probe into the expectation and satisfaction of the college boarders with different individual background variables and dormitory background variables on the environment, administration and guidance of student dormitory, what is the relation between the above said background variables? In addition, thetop ten items are to be probed deeply based on the expectation and satisfaction, to invite representatives of boarders from each block, wardens, instructors and dormitory guidance& management personnel by focus group to probe into the reasons and put forward improvement suggestions accordingly, and also provide improvement proposals for the guidance & management of student dormitory in Jen-Teh Junior College of Medicine, Nursing and Management. The findings done by this study are as follows: 1、Use rate is 31.2%; boarders of grade 1 and 2 occupied 56%, other senior grades only reached 44%, so, the future working direction is to strengthen the Average Occupancy Rate of senior grade. 2、Boarders have higher expectation but lower satisfaction on the environment of student dormitory. If cancel the sectional type bathing, increase hot water supply in winter, improve ventilation and sun of dormitory, strengthen the prevention methods against mosquito, establish simple kitchen, reduce properly number of boarders in each dormitory and beautify environment, the satisfaction may be promoted accordingly. 3、Noising in dormitory and lack of elasticity in gate management mode, the management mode must be changed so as to get improvement.
