dc.description.abstract本研究採取文件分析及半結構式訪談的研究方法,試圖藉由檢視中央教育行政機關實徵成果,了解行政機關推動性別主流化的問題並提出執行建議。透過文件分析,整理聯合國性別主流化發展內涵,以及我國推動性別主流化整體概況與中央教育行政機關個別實踐情形後,再採用半結構式訪談,訪談中央教育行政機關性別平等專案小組委員與參與性別主流化推動工作之同仁,分析執行現況與問題,並提出可行的突破策略。本研究結論主要有四: 一、中央教育行政機關推動性別主流化最重視能力建立型工具 二、中央教育行政機關推動性別主流化係採用由上而下的執行途徑 三、中央教育行政機關推動性別主流化其成效受到內外部因素的影響 四、中央教育行政機關推動性別主流化在政策工具使用上,可採加強資料蒐集與回饋及性別意涵深化的策略 最後,本研究對於推動性別主流化之性別平等精神掌握、性別主流化之執行,以及性別主流化的後續研究提出相關建議,以作為未來政策推動、實踐及研究的重要參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research conducted with document analysis and semi-structured interviews methods, trying to view the empirical outcomes by central educational authorities, administrative authorities to promote understanding of gender mainstreaming issues and make implementation of the recommendations. Through document analysis, sorting the development dimension of gender mainstreaming in the United Nations, as well as the promotion of gender mainstreaming in the overall profile with the central education authority for individual praxis situation, then using semi-structured interviews, interviews with central education authority gender equality and participation of members of the ad hoc group sex promote the mainstreaming work colleagues analyzed the status of implementation and the problems and propose possible breakthrough strategies. The main conclusions of this study are threefold: First, the central educational authorities to promote gender mainstreaming in the ability to establish the most important type of tool. Second, the central educational authorities to promote the implementation of gender mainstreaming system using a top-down approaches. Third, the central educational authorities to promote gender mainstreaming in its effectiveness is affected internal and external conditions. Fourth, the central educational authorities to promote gender mainstreaming in the use of policy instruments, can be taken to strengthen data collection and feedback and gender implications of deepening policy Finally, this study for the promotion of gender equality to grasp the spirit of gender mainstreaming implementation of gender mainstreaming, as well as follow-up studies of gender mainstreaming suggestions, as future policy to promote, praxis and research of important reference.en_US
