台北縣高中職學校體育教科書選用制度之現況研究

Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣公私立高中職體育教科書選用制度現況及滿意度,探究理想體育教科書之選用制度,並根據研究結果,提出具體建議,冀供教育行政機關、學校、專業教育人員選用時參考。 本研究從教科書選用現況、對教科書選用制度現況之滿意度、理想體育教科書選用制度之實證研究,探討相關文獻,尋求本研究之理論基礎,並據以自編『臺北縣高中職學校體育教科書選用制度現況調查表』。 研究工具為普查方式進行『問卷調查』,研究對象為臺北縣公私立高中職學校52所之體育教師共284人;並以半結構式的『訪談』方式,訪談六位服務年資八年以上之體育教師或體育組長,有關體育教科書選用現況及體育教科書選用制度的看法與建議。回收之問卷經描述性統計、卡方考驗、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法,加以分析討論後,獲得以下結果: 一、體育教科書選用情形: 現在臺北縣公私立高中職有七成以上的學校選用體育教科書,且某版本在市場佔有率達七成。未選用體育教科書學校,近六成比例為體育教師決定;未選用體育教科書的原因,以自編教材為由較多,佔50%。 二、選用體育教科書制度之現況: (一)訂定教科書選用辦法情形:選用體育教科書學校中,有七成以上學校,已訂定教科書選用辦法。 (二)選用人員組成型態:83.6%為全體體育教師參與體育教科書選用。 (三)參與選用人員:現在各校以兼任行政與體育教師,參與教科書評選比例較高。 (四)取得版本方式:53.3%出版社直接發給體育老師。 (五)決定版本方式:現在各校選用體育教科書,由全體體育教師共同決定,佔75.4%。 (六)完成體育教科書選用時間:一學年選用一次及一學期選用一次,現況結果比例皆五成左右。 (七)體育教師投入型式:為積極投入型。 三、體育教師對體育科教科書選用制度的滿意度情形: 最滿意的前三名因素為「對學校體育教科書選用人員組成方式」、「對學校體育教科書評選工作之流程安排」及「對學校選用體育教科書時決定方式」等三因素;最不滿意為「對取得各出版商備選版本之完整性」及「對取得各版本體育教科書方式」。 四、理想的體育教科書選用制度: (一)理想組成型態:全體參與型之組成型態。 (二)理想取得教科書方式:出版社拿給教務處設備組轉發,並於一個月前就要取得完整之備選版本。 (三)理想決定方式:選用人員利用教學研究會時,共同討論後決定。選用人員依評選表評選,算出積分後,選出前二或前三順位之體育教科書,再由全體體育教師以不記名投票或協商方式來決定版本。 (四)理想選用時間:一學年選用一次,下學期期末前大約五、六月時完成。 (五)理想選用人員:理想的選用人員為體育教師與行政人員,且有二成五希望學生能參與選用體育教科書。 (六)理想之行政選用人員:體育組長、教學組長、教務主任。 依據上述研究結果提出以下具體建議: 一、學校需制定並落實適當的教科書選用辦法。 二、由教育行政主管機關規劃,協助各地區定期舉辦教科書博覽會 三、明定教科書選用之參與人員。 四、規範出版商在校行銷行為。 五、學校需提供選用教科書知能的進修研習機會,提昇教師對教科 書選用之專業知能。 六、規劃選用人員團體研討之時間。 七、定期公佈所有教科書使用效能之結果,提供高中職學校參考。 八、針對選用制度現況與理想選用制度之差異結果進行檢討改進。
Current Implementation of Textbook Selection of Physical Education- Via The Investigations in Vocational and High Schools, Taipei County The aim of this research is to investigate both the current textbook selection process and the satisfaction degree with the selection process of the PE textbooks in the vocational and high schools, public or private, in Taipei County; and accordingly, the research intends to provide opinions for improving the textbook selection process. This investigation is based on the prior studies related to the current situation of textbook selection, the satisfaction degree with the selection process and proven researches on the ideal PE textbook selection process, according to which a questionnaire was constructed. The subjects of the questionnaires for data collection are 284 PE teachers from the targeted schools in Taipei County, and interviews were given to six PE teachers having been teaching for more than 8 years; furthermore, the researcher telephoned each of the 52 schools to confirm the precise numbers of the PE teachers and the actual selection of the published PE textbooks. Analyzed by the descriptive analysis, chi-square test, t-test, and one way ANOVA, the collected data indicate the major findings as follows: 1.More than 60% of the targeted schools selected the published textbooks; the main reason for not using the published textbooks is that the teachers tend to edit their own teaching materials. 2. Among the schools that have selected the textbooks offered by the publishers, 70% have established the relevant textbook selection processes. In terms of the forming of the selection committees, all the PE teachers are the exclusive members, all of whom ranking in the “positively involving type,” though with higher participation rate of those who are school administrators as well. As the selection timing taken into ccount , the number of those who select the textbooks once every school year and that every semester show no significant difference. 3. The three dominant satisfactory factors in the textbook selection process are “ the pattern of forming the committee”, “ the arrangement of the selection process”, and “ the tactics of the decision making.” The least satisfactory issues are “ the completeness of the available candidate textbooks, and “ the channel to obtain the potential candidate textbooks.” Based on the findings mentioned above and the collected suggestions about the ideal textbook selection process, the researcher finally came up with the proposal for further improvement of the textbook selection.
