Abstract
安寧療護須結合專業醫護、社工師、心理師、宗教師及志工等不同人員的團隊合作,共同來維持醫療品質。為使安寧服務發揮更大功能,安寧服務需經由完整系統化的訓練機制,培養成為臨終關懷之幽谷伴行者,讓安寧療護的理想得以實現。安寧陪伴服務在發揮愛心與熱忱時,能擁有精進的知識與技能,更有效地助人與助己!本研究運用自我決定理論為基礎,探討經安寧陪伴成為安寧服務學習者及其服務歷程,藉此知悉安寧服務在自我決定理論的自主感、能力感、及人際關聯感之基本心理需求層面及內涵。本研究採半結構的訪談大綱為研究工具,一對一的深度訪談蒐集資料,邀約訪問台灣安寧療護服務的五位安寧志工及兩位宗教師分享服務及心情歷程中,以理解安寧服務時基本心理需求的內涵,探尋安寧服務現況及調適,並提出研究分析與結論。
The hospice care takes teamwork from various roles such as professional medical personnel, social workers, psychiatrists, religious masters, and volunteers to collaborate in maintaining the medical quality. To exert better function of the hospice care, the hospice care companion service needs to be empowered via continuous learning in order to be genuine and authentic to accomplish the ideal of hospice care. Be the volunteer and/or religious master of the hospice care, while delivering love and enthusiasm, they are expected to obtain advanced knowledge and skills to assist others and themselves more effectively.The study employed self-determination theory as the base to investigate both the service learning and its service journey of the hospice care. In so doing, the study would be aware of the various levels of the basic psychological needs and the corresponding connotations, such as sense of autonomy, sense of capability, and sense of interpersonal connection as well. The study adopted semi-structural interview outline as the research tool with one-on-one depth interview to collect data. The study invited five hospice care volunteers and two religious masters to share their services and emotional processes in order to understand the connotations of basic psychological needs in providing the hospice care. The study aids with the “Hero’s Journey” narrative method to probe in order to present the present conditions and the adaptations of the hospice care. In conclusion, the study offered the “Valley Companionship” set cards that wish to share with and to be utilized by the hospice care seniors and peers.
