Abstract

筆者長期任職於國小,從自身成長學習經驗與擔任教職期間,長期對學童行為觀察與輔導。將60年代至今,國小學童受家庭教育、學校教育與社會環境的交互影響,學童從原性產生質變,從筆者所見所聞以及內在感受,轉化為創作,期盼讓觀者一同參與將自己內在感受,投射於筆者作品中,共同完成專屬於自己作品。論文架構如後;第一章緒論、第二章良善霸權下質變的主人翁、第三章創作理念與形式表現、第四章創作面向與作品解析、第五章結論。全篇主要是表達個人於職場中所覺察國小學童受到多方壓力影響後質變態樣。期盼藉此系列作品,呼籲大眾關注學童課業之餘,莫忽視兒童身心理的健康。其中《童顏童言系列》就是一個創作實驗例子,刻意於作品中表情留給觀者內心去對應,在觀賞同時觀者與作品一起成就該創作。此次創作有四個系列,分別為《原性系列》、《有教無類系列》、《吾家有女系列》、《童顏童言系列》,以墨覷觀點於創作過程中特別探究,借重水墨媒材進行,從而以「覷」為眼,以畫為心,覺察學童內在狀態,為主人翁發聲。
The author has been working at a primary school for a long time, learning from her own growth experience and observing and guiding the behavior of children during her tenure as a teacher. From the 1960s to the present, elementary school children have been influenced by the interaction between family education, school education, and social environment, resulting in a qualitative change in their original nature. They have transformed from what the author has seen, heard, and experienced into creations, hoping that viewers can participate in projecting their inner feelings into the author's works and jointly complete their own works. The structure of this paper is as follows; Chapter 1 Introduction, Chapter 2 Master of Qualitative Change under Goodness and Hegemony, Chapter 3 Creative Concept and Form Expression, Chapter 4 Creative Orientation and Work Analysis, and Chapter 5 Conclusion. The entire article mainly expresses the individual's perception of the abnormal quality of elementary school children under various pressures in the workplace. I hope to use this series of worksto appeal to the public to pay attention to children's physical and mental health in addition to their academic work. The "Children's Beauty and Fairy Tales Series" is an example of a creative experiment that deliberately leaves the expressions in the work to the viewer's heart to correspond, and at the same time, the viewer and the work work work together to achieve the creation. There are four series in this creation, namely the "Primitive Series", "Education without Class Series", "My Family with Women Series", and "Childlike Beauty and FairyTales Series". The creative process is particularly explored from the perspective of "ink observation", and the use of ink and wash media is emphasized. Therefore, with "observation" as the eye and painting as the heart, the inner state of the students is detected, and the protagonist is voiced.
