中小學課業補習班從業教師教育信念與教學行為之研究

Abstract
摘 要
本研究旨在探討中小學課業補習班從業教師的現況,並了解其在教育信念與教學行為上的情形。本研究採用問卷調查方法,先以文獻探討分析了解中小學課業補習班從業教師的現況及在教育信念與教學行為的相關問題,據以編製問卷,從北區中小學課業補習班抽取288位教師為研究樣本。所蒐集資料分別以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計處理。其主要發現如下:
1. 中小學補習班教師的教育信念傾向進步取向。
2. 中小學補習班教師的教學行為傾向進步取向。
3. 不同任教科目及不同服務年資之中小學課業補習班教師在教育信念部分層面有顯著差異:數學與英語教師在部分層面較傾向進步取向;服務年資較高的教師在部分層面較傾向進步取向。
4. 不同任教科目、學歷、服務年資及工作所在地之中小學課業補習班教師在教學行為部分層面有顯著差異:數學教師在教學行為部分層面較傾向積極取向;學歷較低的教師較傾向積極取向;服務年資較高的教師較傾向積極取向;「鄉、鎮、市」地區的教師較都會地區的教師傾向積極取向。
5. 中小學課業補習班教師教學行為的部分層面與教育信念的部分層面呈現正相關。
6. 教育信念可聯合預測教學行為。
根據研究結論,對主管教育行政機關、補習班經營業者、中小學課業補習班教師及後續研究提出相關的建議。
ABSTRACT The main purposes of this study were to investigate current situation of cram school teachers for the elementary and junior high school education, and to further understand both of their education beliefs& teaching behaviors. Questionnaire survey was adopted by this research, which the related research & report were studied & analyzed first to further understand releated issues regarding to cram school teachers for the elementary and junior high school education, and also to both of their education beliefs & teaching behaviors. Based on the above study, the questionaaire was designed accordingly. All collected data sampled from 288 cram school teachers were analyzed by means of Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples t Test, One-Way ANOVA, Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Stepwise Regression respectively. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. Education beliefs of cram school teachers for the elementary and junior high school education tended to be progressive orientation. 2. Teaching behaviors of cram school teachers for the elementary and junior high school education tended to be progressive orientation. 3. For different teaching subject , and depend on their teaching experiences, education beliefs of cram school teachers showed obvious differences. 4. For different teaching subject& working location, with different educational background, and depend on their teaching experiences, cram school teachers showed various teaching behaviors. 5. Both teaching behaviors & education beliefs of cram school teachers for the elementary and junior high school education were being correlated. 6. The education beliefs may forecast the teaching behaviors. According to the research conclusion, releated suggestions were proposed, to the educational administration institution, to both theowner & teacher of cram school for the elementary and junior high school education, and for the purpose of later research.
