國中生知覺導師領導風格、班級氣氛與生活適應關係之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在探討不同背景變項的國中生在導師領導風格、班級氣氛與生活適應上的差異情形,及國中生知覺導師領導風格、班級氣氛與生活適應三者間的關係。本研究採分層隨機抽樣方式,共抽取基隆市共七所公立國中,國二及國三男女學生,有效樣本合計672人。本研究以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,使用工具包括「國中生知覺導師領導風格量表」、「國中生班級氣氛量表」及「中學生生活適應量表」。所得資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、二因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、典型相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析處理,研究結果如下:
一、國中生知覺的導師領導風格,因年級與導師性別的不同達統計上之顯著差異。
二、國中生的班級氣氛,因學生性別、年級與導師性別的不同達統計上之顯著差
異。
三、國中生的生活適應,因學生性別與導師性別的不同達統計上之顯著差異。
四、國中生知覺導師領導風格之「成績表現」層面有師生性別交互作用。
五、國中生班級氣氛之「班級規則」層面有師生性別交互作用。
六、導師領導風格與班級氣氛有顯著正相關。
七、導師領導風格與生活適應有顯著正相關。
八、班級氣氛與生活適應有顯著正相關。
九、導師領導風格能有效預測生活適應,其中又以「學習精熟」的預測力最高。
十、班級氣氛能有效預測生活適應,其中又以「凝聚力」的預測力最高。
最後研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議以作為擔任導師的教育工作人員及未來從事相關研究之研究者參考。
The purposes of this research were to explore the difference in junior high school students’ perception of homeroom teacher’s leadership style, classroom climate and life adjustment, and to explore the relationships among these three variables. The methodology of data collection was a survey method based on 672 valid samples from 8th to 9th grade of 7 junior high schools in Keelung City. The instruments used in this research included: homeroom teacher’s leadership style scale, classroom climate scale, and life adjustment scale. Based on the responses of the participants, data was statistically analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. According to the analysis of the results of questionnaire survey, the main findings of this research were as follows: 1. The junior high school students’ perception of homeroom teacher’s leadership style varied significantly in the grade and homeroom teacher’s gender. 2. The classroom climate of junior high school students varied significantly in the gender ,grade and homeroom teacher’s gender. 3. The life adjustment of junior high school students varied significantly in the gender and homeroom teacher’s gender. 4. The study performace of junior high school students had interaction effect between students’ gender and homeroom teacher’s gender. 5. The class rule of junior high school students had interaction effect between students’ gender and homeroom teacher’s gender. 6. A positive correlation is shown between the Junior high school students’ perception of homeroom teacher’s leadership style and the classroom climate. 7. A positive correlation is shown between the Junior high school students’ perception of homeroom teacher’s leadership style and the life adjustment. 8. A positive correlation is shown between the classroom climate and the life adjustment. 9. The junior high school students’ perception of homeroom teacher’s leadership style can efficiently predict the life adjustment. 10. The classroom climate can efficiently predict the life adjustment. In the end of this study, the researcher concludes the findings and offers substantial suggestions for teachers and for related researches in the future.
