台灣文化創意產業從業人員智力資本與專業承諾之關聯-社會資本及情緒資本的調節效果

Abstract
台灣文化創意產業為國內最有前景的產業之一。此產業的發展尚需 仰賴專業人才之人力資本,人才是否留任也尤其重要。但尚未有探討文 化創意產業從業人員之人力資本及專業承諾之研究。有鑒於此,本研究 將其視為缺口,欲探討台灣文化創意產業從業人員人力資本與其專業承 諾之間的關聯性,並以人力資本中不同構面,下分為智力資本、社會資 本、及情緒資本進行研究探討。
在研究方法上,本研究針對台灣文化創意產業相關之從業人員進行 問卷調查,共計回收有效問卷為106份。研究結果顯示,從業人員之智 力資本對專業承諾有正向顯著的預測效果,而其社會資本對智力資本與 專業承諾則有顯著的調節效果:當社會資本越高時,智力資本與專業承 諾之正向關係便越強。將於文末探討研究結果與討論、研究限制及未來 研究方向,期能對文化創意產業從業人員及相關企業提供參考。
Cultural and creative industry in Taiwan is one of the most promising industries. The development of this industry needs to rely on the professionals‘ human capital, as well as their willingness to remain in the profession. But few studies had explored the relationship between human capital and professional commitment in this industry. This study investigated the relationship between them. Three dimensions of human capital are intellectual capital, social capital, and emotional capital. On the research methods, a total effective sample of 106, the cultural and creative industry practitioners in Taiwan, was collected. The results showed that intellectual capital have significant positive prediction effect to professional commitment. Furthermore, social capital significantly moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and professional commitment: The higher social capital, the stronger relationship between intellectual capital and professional commitment.
