校園遊戲場對於兒童發展之設計創作研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討校園遊戲場對於兒童身心發展的影響,並嘗試透過設計創作提出符合兒童需求且兼顧安全、共融與創造性的遊戲場方案。研究初期透過文獻探討,整理出遊戲場與環境設計、五感刺激、感覺統合行為及遊戲場設置標準等理論基礎,作為設計依據。隨後,藉由案例分析及訪談遊具設計師、遊具生產廠商、兒童家長及學校老師,歸納出校園遊戲場在現行使用與設計上之實務經驗與挑戰,並運用曼陀羅分析法建立了校園兒童遊戲場的規劃設計方法。設計創作部分,本研究以某個模擬空間為例,先設定合理的基地大小,再依據不同年齡層兒童的需求,進行分齡分區的共融式遊戲場設計規劃,最終呈現一個模擬的的設計成果。研究結果部分,設計良好的分齡分區校園遊戲場能有效促進兒童的遊戲環境。對於兒童的身心發展與創造力等都有幫助,並同時可以提升校園整體的教育功能及校園的凝聚力。最後,本文亦針對未來設計實務、教育單位運用及政策推動提出具體建議,期盼本研究能為校園遊戲場規劃與兒童發展研究提供參考,並實際促進更友善、安全且具啟發性的遊戲環境建置。
This study aims to explore the impact of school playgrounds on children's physical and mental development, and seeks to propose playground design solutions that meet children's needs while ensuring safety, inclusiveness, and creativity through design creation. In the early stage of the research, relevant literature was reviewed to establish theoretical foundations, including playground and environmental design, sensory stimulation, sensory integration behavior, and playground setup standards, which served as references for the design process. Subsequently, throughcase analysis and interviews with playground equipment designers, manufacturers, parents, and school teachers, practical experiences and challenges related to the current use and design of school playgrounds were summarized. Additionally, the Mandala Chart method was applied to develop a planning and design approach for school playgrounds for children.For the design creation phase, a simulated site was used as an example. After setting a reasonable site size, the planning incorporated inclusive playground zoning based on the needs of different age groups, ultimately presenting a simulated design outcome.The results of the study demonstrate that a well-designed, age-zoned school playground can effectively enhance children's play environment, contribute positively to their physical, mental development, and creativity, while simultaneously strengthening the overall educational function and cohesion of the school community. Finally, this study provides concrete suggestions for future design practices, educational institution applications, and policy promotion, with the hope of offering a reference for the planning of school playgrounds and children's development research, and promoting the construction of friendlier, safer, and more inspiring play environments.
