技專校院分散式圖控系統實習教材發展與設備設計之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究只在研擬適用於技專校院電機系使用之分散式圖形監控系統實習教材大綱,並編寫單元實習教材級設計單元模組化實習設備,以提供技專校院發展分散式圖控系統實習之教材與設備之參考。 為了達成此研究目的,首先藉由文獻探討分散式圖控系統的概念與內涵、教材的發展與編製原則,並整理國內外學者的意見歸納出適合技專校院分散式圖控系統實習教材之發展模式,進而對我國技專校院電機系專業教師進行抽樣問卷調查,將問卷所得資料加以統計分析,依據統計結果研擬分散式圖控系統實習的教材大綱,並編寫單元教材及設計單元模組實習之教材實習設備。 依據研究結果,適用於技專校院分散式圖控系統實習之教材應包含下列內容:1.串列通訊原理,2. 圖控軟體應用,3.模組化控制器,4.感測介面應用,5. 分圖控軟體與模組化控制系統之設定,6. 分散式圖形監控系統之建立;適合實施分散式圖控系統實習課程為每周三小時,在二年制技術學院適合的教授時機為二年級上學期,在四年制科技大學適合教授時機為三年級上學期或下學期。 本研究教材大綱確立後,進而編寫單元範例教材及設計模組化實習設備,所含的教材有溫度與照明控制系統、大樓自動化控制系統等範例教材,所包含的模組有繼電器應用輸出模組、數位輸入/輸出應用模組、類比輸入應用模組。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study intended to draft curriculum outlines for the distributed graphical monitor control system for the electrical engineering department in institutes and universities of technology, andcompile unit practice teaching materials and design modulized practice equipments. To achieve the objectives, this study conducted literature review on the concepts, content, and the development and compilation of the distributed graphical monitor control system, and analyzed the opinions from scholars to generalize the development model of the practice teaching materials for the distributed graphical monitor control system suitable for institutes and universities of technology. Questionnaire survey was conducted on lecturers of the electrical engineering departments in institutes and iniversities of techmology. The data were analyzed with statistical analysis. The curriculum outlines for the distributed graphical monitor control system were drafted based on the statistical results, and unit practice teaching materials were complied and modulized practice equipments were designed. Based on the conclusion, the curriculum outlines for the distributed graphical monitor control system included the following themes: 1)the concepts of serial communication;2)tje application of graphical monitor control software;3)module controller;4)applicatuin of sensor interface;5)setting of the graphical monitor control software and module controller;6)establishment of the distributed graphical monitor control ststem .The suitable time of the practical training course on the distributed graphical monitor control system was 3 hours per week, the suitable teaching time for the two-year institute was the first semester or second year, and for the four-year university was the first semester or second of the third year. After the draft of the curriculum outlines, this study compiled unit practice teaching materials and designed modulized practice equipments, and the example units included temperature and illumination monitor system unit, automatic building monitor control system unit,and the equipments included relay output module, digital input/output module, and analog input module. | en_US |
