台北地區國民中學學生知覺之學校道德氣氛及其價值觀研究

Abstract
本研究旨在瞭解國民中學學生知覺之學校道德氣氛及其價值觀之現況,並探究兩者間之關聯性,以為學術研究及教育輔導之參考。為達研究目的,一方面採用文獻分析法研讀學校道德氣氛及價值觀之相關理論,另一方面以台北地區為研究範圍,用問卷調查的方式,探討不同性別及行政層級區域之國中生在學校道德氣氛知覺上及價值觀的差異以及國中生知覺之學校道德氣氛對其價值觀之影響,調查所得資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、多變項變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與簡單迴歸分析等方法進行統計,獲致以下結論:
一、台北地區國中生對整體學校道德氣氛的感受較「普通」水準稍高,其中以「學生對尊重的感受」分量表的得分最高,而以「學生對於形塑環境的感受」分量表的得分最低。
二、根據研究結果,女生對學校道德氣氛的感受較男生為高,但不同地區的國中生在學校道德氣氛的知覺上並未有明顯差異。
三、台北地區的國中生在目的性價值觀上最重視「自由」、「友誼」和「美滿的家庭」,最不重視「救贖」、「世界大同」和「美麗的世界」;在工具性價值觀上最重視「孝順」、「快樂」和「負責」,最不重視「愛國」、「服從」和「創造」。
四、大體上,就性別的差異而言,男生較重視社會的、道德的價值,女生則較重視個人的、能力的價值;就地區的差異而言,台北市的學生較重視「能力價值」,而台北縣鄉鎮地區的學生則較重視「道德價值」。
五、研究顯示,學生知覺的學校道德氣氛愈高,愈重視人際方面的道德價值。
根據研究結果,本研究針對教育輔導以及後續研究方面提出相關建議,以提供教育人員及未來相關研究之參考。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the general situation of students’ feel about moral atmosphere of junior high school, students’ value systems and the relationship between these two variables. The methods adopted here are literature analyzing and questionnaire. The objects of this study are the second-grade junior high schoolstudents in Taipei and Taipei county. All of these data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, MANOVA, Pearson correlation and Simple regression analysis. The major findings included: 1. The score of moral atmosphere of the school was higher than the average. 2. According to the findings, gender of students (boy/ girl) affected the feelings about moral atmosphere of the school, but the factor of school district didn’t. 3. About the terminal values, students put more emphasis on the value of 「freedom」,「true friendship」and「family security」,but put less emphasis on the value of「salvation」,「universal peace and harmony」and「a world of beauty」. 4. About the instrumental values, students put more emphasis on the value of 「piety」「cheerful」and「responsible」, but put less emphasis on the value of 「patriotic」, 「obedient」and「imaginative」. 5. The boys thought higher of social and moral values, but the girls stressed more on personal and competence values. 6. The students in the small towns put more emphasis on the moral values than the ones in the city. 7. The findings supported hypotheses that students who felt higher moral atmosphere of the school,the more they put emphasis on moral values. Finally, according to the findings, some of the suggestions were discussed in order to help the family education , school education, and for further researches.
