dc.description.abstract由於世界全球化的關係,導致部分傳統加工業逐漸落沒成為夕陽產業,有鑑於臺灣袋包產業面臨人才缺口的問題與挑戰,借鏡日本袋包產業實施學徒制之現況,了解目前日本袋包產業人才養成的方式及學習態度。 本研究有下述三項主要的目的:一、瞭解日本袋包產業經營者對人才培育之看法。二、瞭解日本袋包產業師傅教學之現況。三、瞭解日本袋包產業徒弟學習之現況。為達到這三項目的,研究方式採質性研究法中半結構式之訪談方式進行資料蒐集,以北海道個案公司為訪談對象,並選擇六位人員接受訪談。依據訪談內容及文獻蒐集所得到之分析,進一步了解日本袋包產業實施學徒制對於師傅、徒弟及經營者三者間互動行為的看法,再將訪談資料彙整內容,獲取本研究之核心範疇。根據研究發現,歸納出三項結論: 一、產業實施學徒制與聘用制度能提升新進人員留任意願。 二、實施學徒制度師傅教學方式能提升學徒學習的意願。 三、實施學徒制度能補強徒弟的學習成效。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractSome of the traditional processing industries have gradually fallen into sunset industries due to the globalization worldwide. In view that the Taiwan’s bag industry has been facing the gap and the challenges of talents cultivation, this study learns from the implementation process of apprenticeship in Japanese bag industry to understand their cultivation of talent and the learning attitude in current Japanese bag industry. This study aims at the following three major objectives: First of all, understand the Japanese bag business proprietors’ viewpoints regarding the talents cultivation. Next, understand the bag masters’ teaching processes in Japanese bag industry. Finally, understand the current situation of apprentice learning in Japanese bag industry. In order to achieve these three purposes, this qualitative study conducts semi-structured interviews to collect all the needed information. This study chooses six subjects to be interviewed within the Hokkaido bag companies. Furthermore, the interview content and literature review are cross-analyzed, and the Japanese bag industry’s viewpoints on implementation of apprenticeship of which the interaction among the bag master, apprentice and the business proprietor are also synthesized. Based on the results of this study, there are following conclusions: 1.The industry’s implementation of apprenticeship and employment system is able to enhance the employees’ willingness to stay with a company. 2.The implementation of apprenticeship can improve the apprentices’ motivation to learn. 3.The implementation of apprenticeship system may improve the learning effectiveness of apprentices.en_US
