Abstract
休閒活動的參與是企業員工在工作之餘減低工作壓力的方式,為了解企業員工參與休閒活動是否影響工作滿意度,在工作滿意度提高後是否使得員工在工作績效上有所提升,因此本研究探究休閒活動滿意度、工作滿意度與工作績效三者之間的關係。本研究以食品製造業某個案公司全體員工為調查對象,採問卷調查法,共獲得134份有效樣本,研究結果顯示透過問卷調查研究檢測產生以下結果:(1)員工休閒活動滿意度會正向影響工作滿意度;(2)員工對工作之滿意度高可以提升其工作績效;(3)員工工作滿意度在休閒活動滿意度和工作績效之間產生中介。根據研究結果,本研究提供該企業相關實務上之建議。
Participation in leisure activities is a way for employees to reduce work pressure after work. To understand whether employees’ participation in leisure activities affects job satisfaction, and whether employees’ work performance is improved after increased job satisfaction. In the process of inquiring various relevant research literatures, it was found that in academic research and practical discussion, there are currently only corresponding studies on the relationship between leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction, and the impact of job satisfaction on job performance. The relationship between the participants or whether there are intermediary factors in it.Therefore, this research explores this research gap and analyzes and discusses the status of the three factors, and finds out the relevant key influencing factors and gives the company practical recommendations.This study took all employees of a company in the food manufacturing industry as the survey subjects, and tested whether the following results were produced through questionnaire surveys: (1) The degree of employee satisfaction with leisure activities will positively affect their job satisfaction; (2) Employees’ satisfaction with work The high degree of satisfaction can improve their Job performance; (3) Employee job satisfaction produces an intermediary effect between leisure activity satisfaction and Job performance.
