Abstract
桌遊運用於青少年社會工作領域普遍可見,卻很少相關的研究與討論,因此本研究以質性深度訪談的方法,訪談六位有桌遊使用經驗的青少年社會工作者,透過他們使用桌遊的主觀經驗分享,認識桌遊運用的內涵。藉此瞭解青少年社會工作者運用桌遊情形與策略;再者,探討使用桌遊於青少年社會工作的優勢、劣勢及因應辦法等面向。
基於研究發現,以青少年社工運用桌遊的四個面向加以分述;包括形式、實務運用、實務操作及桌遊運用的優勢、劣勢與因應。在形式方面,社工運用桌遊攸關於其養成背景與擅用的桌遊種類等,與其後續擬定桌遊運用計畫有所連結。而實務運用層面,社工結合了原本的社工三大工作方法--個案、團體及社區工作外,也將桌遊運用於工作坊及營隊,並加入社工的評估與規劃,使桌遊更貼近目標。其次,在實務操作上,桌遊的帶領細節與操作技巧等,社工如何操作桌遊的細節,都為桌遊是否可以輔助社工處遇工作的重要關鍵。最後,說明當面對桌遊運用的限制,社工如何因應克服,並維持桌遊的助益性。後續再以研究發現為本,研究者提出實務、操作及組織層面的建議。
The application of table game to youth social work is quite common. However, there are fewer relevant studies and discussions in social work practice in Taiwan. Therefore, this study aims to understand the situation and strategy of the youth social workers by using table game. Moreover, this study explores the advantages, disadvantages, and countermeasures, of using table game in youth social work. The study completed 6 in-depth interviews of the youth social workers to understand the experiences of using table game. According to the research findings, the four dimensions of using table game in youth social work are included. In terms of the form, the social workers’ application of table game is correlated with the types of table game and with their subsequent development of table game application project. In terms of practical application, the table games are used with the direct social work – case work, group work, and community work. In addition, table game is also applied to workshop and summer camps, as well as the assessment and planning of social workers to make it closer to the young clients. Moreover, in terms of the practical operation, the playing tips and operational skills of table game are useful to help the youth social workers dealing with their work. In the end, this study points out how social workers respond to the limitations and improvements of using table game in their work as well as the benefits of table game. Based on the results of this study, the author makes several recommendations to youth social workers.
