三種急行跳遠空中動作學習效果比較

Abstract
摘 要
本研究旨在探討三種急行跳遠空中動作之學習效果,對象以文藻外語學院四技一年級女生三班共106名,採隨班分組,分別學習蹲踞式、挺胸式與走步式等三種急行跳遠空中動作,以分段教學法實施八節課的教學。研究所蒐集資料進行如下之比較結果:(一)以相依樣本t考驗分別進行,測驗成績的前後測比較蹲踞式(t值=-1.600)未達顯著差異(p >.05),挺胸式(t值=-5.630)與走步式(t值=-8.604)均達顯著差異(p<.05);技能等級前後測比較蹲踞式(t值=-3.437)、挺胸式(t值=-3.564)、走步式(t值=-9.277)均達顯著差異(p <.05);學習態度前後測比較蹲踞式(t值=-3.742)、挺胸式(t值=-10.430)、走步式 (t值=-7.900)均達顯著差異(p <.05)。(二)以單因子變異數分析教學後三種急行跳遠空中動作測驗成績F值6.470(p <.05)達顯著差異;技能等級F值7.847(p <.05)達顯著差異;而學習態度以共變數分析後F值7.681(p <.05)亦達顯著水準,再以事後比較分析,發現測驗成績蹲踞式與走步式有顯著的差異,數據顯示走步式效果較好;技能等級與學習態度則顯示蹲踞式與走步式、挺胸式均達顯著差異,而從實際數據成績來看,走步式、挺胸式的學習效果比蹲踞式顯著;綜合以上探討走步式的學習效果最為顯著。
Abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate the learning effects of three different movements in the air of long jump sail, hang and hitch-kick. The participants were the female students of the freshman in Wenzao college. There were a total of 106 students from three different classes learning each movements. Each class was taught by part teaching method through eight classes . The data were analyzed and compared as follows: (1) After compared by t-test correlated samples, the test results of pre-test and post-test of sail (t-value=-1.600) showed no significant difference (p >.05). hang (t-value=-5.630) and hitch-kick (t-value=-8.604) both had significant difference (p<.05). For the pre-test and post-test of skill levels, sail (t-value=-3.437), hang (t-value=-3.564) and hitch-kick (t-value=-9.277) showed significant difference (p <.05). For the pre- and post-test of the learning attitude, sail (t-value=-3.742), hang (t-value=-10.430) and hitch-kick (t-value=-7.900) showed significant difference (p <.05). (2) Through One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), F value of three different movements in the air of long jump was 6.470 (p <.05) which reached significantdifference. The F value of skill levels was 7.847 (p<.05) and showed significant difference as well. For the learning attitude, the F value was 7.681 (p <.05) and reached significant difference. Through post-hoc-comparison, it was found that the test results of sail and hitch-kick had significant differences. The data showed that hitch-kick was more effective. For the skill levels and learning attitude, all three movements had significant difference. The results showed that hitch-kick and hang demonstreted better learning effects than sail. In short, hitch-kick showed the most significant learning effect.
