Abstract

本論文研製一發光二極體路燈之驅動電源,電源級採用準諧振(Quasi-resonant, QR)返馳式轉換器,輸入電源為交流電源,輸出電源驅動發光二極體陣列。所研製的準諧振返馳式轉換器,工作於不連續導通模式,並利用控制晶片在功率開關之汲-源極電壓的諧振波谷處,進行「波谷切換(Valley Switching)」,降低準諧振返馳式轉換器之功率開關的切換損失。其次,本論文利用PSIM模擬軟體,建構與驗證準諧振返馳式轉換器的設計參數與實驗結果。所研製的原型機,在準諧振返馳式轉換器的控制晶片,連接一路燈明滅控制電路,並使用Arduino開發板輸出高電壓/低電壓準位信號,控制準諧振返馳式轉換器的輸出電源,進而操控LED路燈之明滅。再者,Arduino開發板結合紅外線二極體接收模組,模擬由車輛所發射之紅外線信號,藉此感應與判斷車輛是否靠近LED路燈以控制其明滅,進而達到節省電力能耗之目的。
This thesis developed and implemented a driving power supply for light-emitting diode (LED) street lights; the power stage used a quasi-resonant (QR) flyback converter, its input power source was alternative-current power and the output power drove a light-emitting diode array. The developed QR-flyback converter is operated in discontinuous conduction mode and a control chip is used to perform the"valley switching" at the resonant valley of the drain-source voltage on the power switch to reduce the switching loss of the power switch. Moreover, the PSIM simulation software is used to model and confirm the design parameters and experimental results of the QR-flyback converter. In the developed prototype, the control chip of the QR-flyback converter is connected to a light bright/extinguishable control circuit, and an Arduino development board is used to output high-/low-voltage signals manipulating the output power of the QR-flyback converter, then achieving light bright/extinguishable control of LED street lights. The Arduino development board combines the infrared diode receiving module to simulate the infrared signal emitted from the vehicle, thus sensing and detecting whether the vehicle is close to the LED street light to control the brightness and extinguishment achieving the purpose of saving power consumption.
