桃園市國民中學校長正向領導與教師工作滿意度之相關研究

Abstract
本研究之目的在探討桃園市國民中學校長正向領導與對教師工作滿意度之相關研究,採用問卷調查法進行,並進一步探討教師工作滿意度是否會隨校長的正向領導而提升。本研究以桃園市國民中學之正式教師為研究對象,透過問卷調查,回收有效問卷454份,並運用統計套裝軟體IBM SPSS Statistic 23來統計分析驗證兩者之間影響關係。
研究結果發現「校長正向領導」與「教師工作滿意度」之間有高度的相關,校長能運用正向領導四個構面「塑造正向氣氛」、「建立正向關係」、「建立正向溝通」和「賦予正向意義」越符合就能越提高教師工作滿意度,進而發揮組織效能。因此,本研究結果校長能夠運用正向領導凝聚共識,就能提升教師工作滿意度,活化組織俾使學生在學習上能夠受益。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the positive leadership of principal and the satisfaction of teacher in Taoyuan municipal junior high schools. The study used the questionnaire to explore whether the teacher's job satisfaction will be raised by the principal's positive leadership. In this study, the subjects are the formal teachers in Taoyuan municipal junior high schools and 454 questionnaires were valid. Using the 32 version of IBM SPSS Statistics analyzes the relationship between the positive leadership of principal and the satisfaction of teachers. The result shows that there is a high correlation between the positive leadership of the principal and the teachers' job satisfaction. The principal can apply the four positive leadership strategies: 1. cultivating positive atmosphere 2. establishing a positive relationship 3.establishing a positive communication 4.giving a positive meaning. The more positive leadership principal uses, the more job satisfaction teachers will get. Therefore, the study results that principals can make good use of the positive leadership to improve teacher’s job satisfaction and activate the organization so that students can benefit from learning.
