dc.description.abstract本文主要研究近年來熱門的白光鈣鈦礦材料CsCu2I3 @ Cs3Cu2I5並參雜掌性材料S/R-MBAI使其具有掌性。首先以CuI與CsI加入兩組不同的溶液(DMF+DMSO與GBL)中製作CsCu2I3 @ Cs3Cu2I5前驅液並製成白光薄膜,白光薄膜會跟隨激發光波長而改變光致發光不同波長的強度。接著我們利用表面處理的方法將掌性材料參雜到白光薄膜中,在圓二色光譜儀(CD)與圓偏振光激發螢光光譜儀(CPL)的測量下皆出現了旋光性,結果顯示我們成功做出具有掌性的鈣鈦礦白光薄膜。最後我們將帶有掌性的白光材料製作成白光二極體(LED)其最大亮度為32cd/m2,最高外部量子效率為0.014%且CIE座標為(0.31,0.33)。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis article mainly studies the popular white light perovskite material CsCu2I3 @ Cs3Cu2I5 in recent years and doping it with the chiral material S/R-MBAI to make it chiral. First, CuI and CsI are added to two different solutions (DMF+DMSO and GBL) to prepare a CsCu2I3 @ Cs3Cu2I5 precursor solution and make a white light film. The white light film will change the intensity of photoluminescence at different wavelengths following the wavelength of the excitation light. Then we used surface treatment methods to incorporate chiral materials into the white light film. Optical rotation appeared under the measurement of circular dichroism spectrometer (CD) and circularly polarized light fluorescence spectrometer (CPL). The results showed that we were successful Create a chiral perovskite white light film. Finally, we made the white light material with chiral properties into a white light diode (LED) with a maximum brightness of 32cd/m2, a maximum external quantum efficiency of 0.014%, and a CIE coordinate of (0.31, 0.33).en_US
