Abstract
培養蘭花溫室為蘭花產業最普遍之環控系統,透過溫室的架設與各項設備,達到各種環境條件的控制。其中溫室排風系統的運作為溫室降溫的主要裝置,由於需要長期運轉,所以消耗可觀的電能。
本研究試圖探討培養蘭花溫室排風系統的運作所產生的風能,是否有回收再利用的價值。研究中設計實驗,以風力發電的方式擷取排風扇製造之風能,作為電能回收裝置。經過各種參數條件之實驗與比較,得到的電能回收裝置之最佳參數,電能回收功率最高可達2.9631W。希望所提出之培養蘭花溫室排風系統的電能回收裝置,能提供溫室業者降低成本的參考價值。
Orchid greenhouse cultivation is the most popular of the orchid industry, environmental control system, through the conservatory and erection of the equipment, to control a variety of environmental conditions. Wherein the operating means greenhouse main exhaust system for cooling greenhouses, since the need for long-term operation, it can consume valuable power. This study attempts to investigate the operation of the wind energy culture orchid greenhouse exhaust system generated whether valuable recycling. Experimental studies designed to capture the way wind power exhaust fan manufacture of wind as energy recovery. Experimental results and comparison of various parameters of the conditions of optimum parameters of energy recovery obtained, energy recovery power up 2.9631W. We hope orchid greenhouse cultivation energy recovery ventilation system proposed to provide the industry reduce greenhouse reference value for the cost.
