體育班學生生涯輔導需求之研究-以臺北市某高中為例

Abstract
本研究探討高中體育班學生生涯轉換的重要時刻,體育班學生在埋頭訓練之餘,對於自我生涯規劃的認知還有對於輔導的需求。透過質性研究,立意取樣高中體育班的學生(8人)、畢業生(7人)、教師(10人)與教練(4人),採1及個人訪談並行。瞭解高中體育班學生生涯輔導需求的實際情況,以及體育班教練及師長們給予學生們進行實際的生涯輔導內容。獲致以下結論:一、高中體育班學生對生涯輔導許多隱藏的需求,升學意願及影響因素最大為教練與家人為主。二、高中體育班學生生涯發展與阻礙為「舒適圈」易畫地自限,需要教練與老師們積極輔導。三、學校行政、老師、教練對體育班的生涯規劃輔導皆用心,需要建立溝通管道與行政架構。
This study explored the important moments of career transition for athletic class of senior high school students. In addition to immersing themselves in training, the students' cognition of self-career planning and the needs of career development. Through qualitative research, the purpose was to sample students (8), graduates (7), teachers (10), and coaches (4) in athletic classes of senior high school, and focus group interviews and individual interviews were conducted in parallel. Learn about athletic class of senior high school students' actual needs for career counseling, and the actual career counseling content given by sports coaches and teachers to students. The following conclusions were reached:1. Athletic class of senior high school students have many hidden needs for career counseling. The most influential factors are their coaches and their families. 2. The career development and obstacles of athletic class of senior high school students are self-limiting in the"comfort zone", which requires active guidance from coaches and teachers. 3. School administrators, teachers, and coaches all pay attention to the career planning and guidance of sports classes, and it is necessary to establish communication channels and administrative structures.
