社區大學社區參與指標建構之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要在建構我國社區大學社區參與指標,透過文件分析法就社區大學的背景、社區參與的意涵與目前社區參與的相關測量等進行探討,接著依CIPP模式,採用德惠法彙整17位專家學者與臺北市社區大學經驗深厚人士的意見,歷經三回合問卷往返,彙整得到社區大學社區參與指標。 本研究根據文件分析法與德惠法問卷調查結果,而獲得以下的研究發現:社區大學社區參與指標主構面包含「社大理念與組織運作」、「課程與社區參與之連結」、「社大參與社區之行動」、「社大與社區的合作與經營」等四項;次構面包含「理念與目標」、「人力與財務」、「運作與管理」、「課程符合社區需求」、「課程培育社區發展人才」、「課程凝聚社區認同」、「課程展現社區文化特色」、「社區傳播與教育功能」、「社區活動參與」、「社區公共事務參與」、「社會公共議題參與」、「社區資源整合與開發」、「社區人才的培訓與經營」、「社大與社區組織建構合作夥伴關係」等十四項;其內涵則共計有五十三項。 根據研究發現研究者歸納出四大結論:一、理念與目標的設定,是社區參與的首要任務;二、社區人才培育與經營的重要性;三、直接參與社區的重要性;四、社區內部合作與資源共享的重要性。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This research is aim to construct domestic indicators of community participation in community university. With the document analysis method, we give a review based on the background of the community university, the meaning of community participation, and some current surveys of community participation. Then we follow the CIPP model and adopt Delphi Techiques to arrange the comments from 17 experts and some experienced participants in Community University in Taipei. After the questionnaire survey, we arrange the results into the indicators of community participation in Community University. Based on the results from document analysis method and Delphi Techiques, we discover 4 main aspects,14 sub aspects and 53 detailed descriptions of the indicators. Here are the four main aspects: The ideal of Community University and its formation, the relevance between community participation and the curriculum, participating in community, and cooperation and management between the community and the Community University. There are 14 sub-aspects which include ideal and goal, human recourses and financial affairs, operation and management, how the curriculum matches the need of community, how curriculum cultivates the talents of community, how can curriculum build community identity, to develop the cultural features of the community, community communication and educational function, participation in community activities, participation in public affairs of community, participating in public issues of community, integration and development of community resources, the cultivation and management of community talents, and the partnership of Community University and community organizations. We can reach four main conclusions from the research : (1) The primary goal of community participation is to set ideas and goals. (2) It is important to cultivate and manage talents of the community. (3) It is significant to participate in the community directly. (4) It is important to cooperate and share resources with others in the community. | en_US |
