dc.description.abstract 以前的研究觀察到人壽保險行業的生產率和效率發生轉變,並將這些轉變的部份歸因於員工的情緒管理。我們將員工的情緒管理結合到情緒商數裡面,然而 (情商) 對於員工的生活和工作是個致勝的關鍵因素;也是人們在正向心態中頗為重要的一部分。因此,本研究情緒商數的假設意涵即是從員工“陷入工作困境”到走向更好的工作表現,因此在本研究中將探討正向心態、情緒商數與工作績效之間的關聯性;回收了365份有效數據的問卷,並使用結構方程模型 (SEM) 進行一階驗證性因素分析 (CFA)。本研究結果說明,正向心態與五種情緒商數:認識自身的情緒、妥善管理情緒、自我激勵、認知他人的情緒、人際關係的管理,呈現正向關聯且達到顯著;所有其他五種情緒商數與工作績效皆呈現正向關聯且達到顯著。本研究也說明了由於保險從業人員受到競爭壓力上升之影響,以致於必須要能更有效的達到員工之績效管理,因此企業需要選擇具備有高度正向心態及擁有高度情緒商數的員工,以便能確實有效去完成提升員工之工作績效表現。 zh_TW
dc.description.abstract Previous studies have observed changes in productivity and efficiency for the life insurance industry and have attributed these developments partially to changing employees’ emotional management. The employees’ emotional management is that we incorporate as Emotional Intelligence which is crucial for employees to success in both work and life in general; it is a part of the positive psychological importance of human beings. Thus, this study assumed the Emotional Intelligence coverage encourages workers from “job lock” to better job performance, then, the correlates between positive affect, emotional intelligence and job performance was explored in this study. 365 useful data were collected and subjected to confirmatory factor analysis with structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicated that positive affect was positively related to five types of Emotional Intelligence: Perceiving ones’ own emotions, using ones’ emotions, understanding others’ emotions, managing one’s own emotions, human relation management. All five types of Emotional Intelligence were positively related to job performance. The implication of this study suggested that due to the impact of increased competition on insurance business that leads the needs of successful human resource management, firms need to select employees with high level of positive affect to embrace high level of emotional intelligences that will most certainly be rewarded with improved levels of employees’ job performance. en_US
