臺灣特有種鳥類之插畫設計創作研究以青花瓷風格為例

Abstract

隨著氣候變遷與全球暖化影響，物種的生存權受到了脅迫，2023年臺灣文博會舉辦了《臺灣特有種》IP館特展，利用可愛詼諧的IP圖像，擬人化的動物吸引大眾的注目。因此本創作研究聚焦於臺灣特有種鳥類進行物種相關分析與圖像案例進行分析，輔以青花瓷風格，樹立當代圖像典範。文獻探討方面本創作研究以符號學為基礎，分析青花瓷相關發展脈絡與臺灣特有種鳥類圖像案例，將青花瓷百年間發展的色彩意象與臺灣特有種鳥類的造型，做跨時代的結合。針對：圖像符號發展脈絡研究、青花瓷相關發展脈絡概況、臺灣特有種鳥類相關研究分析做深度了解與探討。研究個案取樣原則以在臺灣本土發展五年以上，並以青花瓷為主題的品牌。最後透過創作實證法，總結上述文獻記載與實際經驗，創作出一系列以臺灣特有種鳥類為主題，青花瓷為風格的圖像創作，以「虛實青森」為創作主題，分三大系列「松之傲骨」、「國色牡丹」及「繁華傲骨」每系列各五幅，作爲本創作研究創作成果。運用青花瓷元素之色彩意象營造現代圖像設計新指標、解構當代青花瓷風格擘劃幾何造物的典範、應用臺灣特有種鳥類喚起臺灣在地性文化與物種多元性、應用符號重組毗鄰聚合樹立視覺新風格。

Due to the impact of climate change and global warming, the survival right of many species is under threat. In 2023, the Creative Expo Taiwan held a special exhibition in the"Taiwan Endemic Species" IP exhibition, using cute and humorous IP images and anthropomorphic animals to catch the public's attention. Therefore, this study focuses on species-related analysis and image model analysis of endemic birds in Taiwan, demonstrated with the blue and white porcelain style to establish a contemporary image model. From the literature aspect, this study is based on semiotics, analyzing the development context of blue and white porcelain and the cases of the images of Taiwan's endemic birds, and combining the color imagery of blue and white porcelain over a century with the shapes of Taiwan's endemic birds across generations. Conduct in-depth understanding and discussion of: research on the development of image symbols, overview on the development of blue and white porcelain, and analysis on the research of Taiwan's endemic birds. The sampling principle for the research cases have been developed in Taiwan for more than five years and have blue and white porcelainas the brand theme. Finally, through creative empirical methods, we summarized the above-mentioned documentary records and real experiences to create a series of image creations with the theme of Taiwan's endemic birds and the style of blue and white porcelain, with "Virtual and Real Aomori" as the creative theme, divided into three main series with five paintings under each series of "Proud of Pine", "exceptional beauty of Peony" and "Proud of Prosperous", as the creative results of this research. Using the color imagery of blue and white porcelain elements to create new direction for modern image design, deconstructing the contemporary blue and white porcelain style to create a model of geometric creations, using Taiwan's endemic birds to evoke local culture and species diversity, while using symbols to reorganize adjacency and aggregation to establish a new visual style .
