Abstract
本研究目的在探討現職非本科系國中專任輔導教師的生涯轉換歷程,分析其生命經驗、轉換動機與相關因素。研究者透過前導研究形成的訪談大綱,逐一訪談四位研究參與者,之後以敘事研究進行資料分析。
研究結果發現,家庭文化與成長經驗左右研究參與者的生涯發展目標。他們在生涯轉換歷程中,皆具廣結善緣的特質,引領貴人扶助;在逆境中,懂得透過覺察,將優勢運用在職場,並藉由學習彌補自身劣勢,達成生涯轉換。另一方面,擁有豐碩的工作經驗、強大的信念與追求工作穩定的渴望為四位研究參與者進行生涯轉換的三大核心脈絡。最後,在研究參與者的專輔教師工作經驗中,歸納出外在人際和諧與內在心態調適為系統合作順利進行的兩大關鍵,兩者平衡後方能融入學校文化,提升輔導工作效能。
本研究可瞭解現職非本科系國中專任輔導教師生涯轉換的心理調適歷程與專業發展上的努力,隨著「學生輔導法」的推動,專輔教師的需求增加,本研究結果可作為有志於在學校體系中進行生涯轉換之教師為參考與借鏡。

The purpose of this study was to explore the career transition process of full-time junior high school counselors who weren’t trained in counseling program in college, and to investigate their life experiences, motivations and related factors. Through the interview outline formed by the pilot study, the researcher interviewed four participants and analyzed the data with narrative research. The results showed that family culture and growth experience influenced the career development goals of research participants. In the course of career transition, they all had the characteristics of forming affinities with others and attracting people to help them. In adversity, they understood how to take their advantages to the workplace through self-awareness, and learned to make up for their own disadvantages and achieved career transition. On the other hand, having a lot of work experiences, strong beliefs, and a desire to have a stable work is the three core contexts for career transition of four participants. Finally, participants who were in the work experience of junior high school counselors, we could summarize the two key points of external interpersonal harmony and internal mentality adjustment for the smooth cooperation of the system. The balance between the two that could integrated into the school culture and improved the effectiveness of counseling. This study revealed the psychological adjustment process and professional development efforts of the full-time junior high school counselor who weren’t trained in counseling program in college. With the promotion of the "Students Guidance and Counseling Act", the demand for junior high school counselors will increase in the future. The results of the present study could use as reference for young and aspiring teachers who make career transitions in the school system.
