台灣地區7-Eleven的電子商務空間之研究

Abstract
隨著網際網路的發達,許多實際上的生活也在網路的世界裡進行。其中便包括了物品的買賣。這種交易雙方均以電腦透過網路進行交易即稱為電子商務。透過電子商務,其商品的資訊可透過網路呈顯在各個終端機上。另外在電子商務的商品中,仍是以實體商品佔大多數,故若要將商品交到消費者手上,則大部分必經過物流過程,若沒有一個完善的物流系統,即使節省了開店與宣傳成本,終將因為物流的費用過高而減少大量的利潤,故在電子商務中,「最後一哩」是成功與否的關鍵之一。在金錢交易上,最方便的是線上信用卡的使用,但在大家對於網路安全性的高度質疑下,這種付款方式仍讓許多人裹足不前。在2000年,台灣地區7-Eleven開始進行電子商務的發展,憑藉其門市遍佈台灣地區的優勢以及完善的物流、代收等系統,開始利用「7-Eleven網路購物便」來招纜電子商店,並提供消費者在自己所選擇的門市進行取貨、付款等服務。
本研究是以7-Eleven的電子商務空間的呈現來說明其在空間的塑造上仍有一界限,並藉此探討其在物流、金流、資訊流上發展電子商務的有利因素。
在地理學的中地理論中有高級中地與低級中地之分,而在7-Eleven這樣的電子商務形式出現之後,本研究發現在台灣地區東部及離島地區有較高的交易量,交易商品的種類也較多樣。
若將尺度縮小至各縣市內部,則亦可發現遠離中心商業區的郊區社區、大專院校附近、交通節點附近的門市都有較高的網路交易量。其中大專院校是以學生為主要客層。另外較特殊的客層是商業辦公大樓附近的門市,主要以女性上班族為主。在產品方面,最普遍的網路購物產品是美容、化妝保養品。
With the developing of Internet, the acts of the real world also happen on the net. One of them is commerce. This kind of commerce happened on the net is called Electronic Commerce (EC). The information of goods can present on each terminal by EC. Besides, almost commodities are real things, and consumers will receive them by logistics. Without perfect logistics, the electronic shop will reduce the returns even they save the cost in real shops. There are two doubts about E-commerce in Taiwan. One is logistics and the other is the type of payment on the net. With the advantages of the retail sales all over Taiwan and perfect logistics and agency receipt system, 7-Eleven in Taiwan started its EC in 2000. There are many electronic shops on 7-Eleven’s website, and consumers can order their needs on the net and receive them or pay for the goods in the convenient store they select. There are two intentions in this research. One is to shape the space of 7-Eleven’s Economic Commerce with its logistics system and the flow of money and information. Another is to discuss this kind of EC’s volume of trade in every region of Taiwan. The research has the following conclusions. 1. The volume of trade of on-line shopping in the east district of Taiwan and offshore islands are much more than the regions with much more higher level central place. 2. The convenient stores with much more volume of trade of on-line shopping locate nearby the university, the college, and business building, etc. 3. The most common goods of on-line shopping are beauty and make-up goods.
