網球聖殿探索與解密-臺灣網球訓練文化之研究

Abstract

新興國中網球訓練系統，長久以來稱霸國內網壇，近年來更叱吒於國際青少年網球界，堪稱為國內的網球聖殿。研究者出身自這一帶有神秘面紗的訓練系統，這廿年來見證了聖殿的成長與茁壯，經由研究者深入觀察與研究聖殿中相關組織、行政運作、選訓賽、人員互動，透過教練、選手、家長及最重要包含聖殿之主陳南老師與研究者的經驗共敘，對網球聖殿之外在結構、內在實體及核心價值進行逐步的解密。

Xin-Xing Junior High School’s tennis training system has dominated domestic tennis world in Taiwan for a long time. During recent years, it has even become so powerful in the international teenage tennis world, which deserves to be called the tennis “holy palace” domestically. The researcher originated from such a training system which looks mysterious, who has seen the growth and development of the holy palace over the past 20 years. Through the researcher’s profound observation and researches on related organizations, administrative operations, player’s selections and trainings, personnel interaction within the holy palace, and through the narration provided by coaches, players, parents, the researcher and most importantly teacher Nan-Chen the host of holy palace, gradual decipherments on the tennis holy palace’s outer structure, inner substance and core value have been made.
