Abstract
基於筆者身為商業空間設計師,累積40年的經驗,本研究目的想要探索一位成功的商業空間設計人才應有的素養。本研究從筆者經手的案例中挑出知名度較高的王品牛排、原燒、夏慕尼及一之軒四個案例,基於文獻探討和這些案例經驗,一一將個案內容重點從三個構面:商業空間設計專業、店面經營管理及人格特質,分析商業空間設計師應有的素養,最後,綜合四個個案的分析結果,彙整出商業空間設計人才應有的素養,發現一位成功的商業空間設計師,除了須在設計專業方面努力修習相關知識外,應也增加在經營管理方面的知識探索,使得所設計的商業空間能真正協助業主達到商業營利目的,最後一個是很重要的人格特質構面,包含關心設計案營運成效、樂於提出意見與業主共同討論,這些人格特質不僅有助於商業空間設計師本身的成長,也是獲得業主信任的重要因素。
The research is based on the author’s commercial interior designer identity and his accumulation of work experience. The purpose is to research the required competencies of being a commercial interior designer. The research picked up four highly well-known cases from the design work of the author, Wang Steak, O-Niku, and Chamonix which are under the Wowprime corporation, as well as the baking brand I JY SHENG. First of all, according to the literature review and work experience of cases, the paper analyzed the required competencies of being a commercial interior designer from three main dimensions, the profession of commercial space design, store management, and personality traits. At last, it integrated the analysis result of these four cases to sort out the required competencies of being a commercial interior designer. To be a commercial interior designer not only needs to learn the related knowledge in the design field but also has to improve the ability to gain the knowledge of management. These make commercial space designs that can help clients to reach out their profit goals. The last essential required competency in this paper is personality traits, including care about the efficiency of store operation, to be glad to make suggestions and discuss with clients. These personality traits can help a commercial interior designer makes himself better, as well as it’s the primary cause of gaining trust from clients.
