科技大學畢業生學習經歷、就業力、學用配合度與工作滿意度之相關研究

Abstract

大眾關心大學生在校期間需養成那些學習經歷及就業力,以促進畢業後學用配合度及工作滿意度。緣此,本研究旨在瞭解科技大學畢業生在校學習經歷、畢業前就業力、以及畢業滿三年後之學用配合度及工作滿意度的現況和彼此之間的關係。以某私立科技大學2012年759名日間部四技畢業生為研究對象,採用次級資料分析法,使用該校的資料庫中相關數據進行統計分析。獲致發現如下:(1) 畢業時16項就業力具備程度偏高者有6項,中等程度有4項,偏低者有6項。(2) 畢業後滿三年的學用配合度及工作滿意度約在中高程度。(3) 就業力中領導能力的程度會因就讀不同學院有所差異;(4) 就業力中領域專業知識與技能的程度會因取得證照經驗不同而有所差異;(5) 不會因實習經驗不同而在具備就業力程度有所差異;(6) 就業力中口語表達與溝通能力、領導能力及團隊合作能力的程度會因社團經驗不同而有所差異;(7) 就業力和畢業後滿三年的學用配合度低度相關;(8) 就業力和畢業後滿三年的工作滿意度低度相關。因此,建議個案及相近科大宜加強重要學習經歷和就業力,後續研究亦宜就各發現做更深入的探究。
The public has concerned the learning experiences and employabilities that undergraduates should have to lead better education-job match and job satisfaction after graduation. Thus, this study aimed to explore the status of and the relations among the learning experiences in university, employabilities before graduation, , education-job match three years after graduation and job satisfaction three years after graduation of the graduates from a four-year university of technology. The suject were the 759 graduates who were enrolled fulltime undergraduates at the private university in 2012. The secondary data collected from the database of the university were analyzed. Consequently, the following findings are obtained: (1) There are 6 out of 16 items of employabilities before graduation being ranked high, 4 ranked moderately, and 6 ranked low; (2) A moderately-high level was found on the graduates’ education-job match and job satisfaction three years after graduation, ; (3) There is significant difference found on the graduates’ employabilities- leadership by their graduation colleges; (4) There is significant difference found on the graduates’ employabilities-professional knowledge and skills by their occupational certificates or licenses; (5) There is no significant difference found on the graduates’ employabilities by their intership experiences; (6) There is significant difference found on the graduates’ employabilities-oral expression, communication, leadership and team-working skills by their extra-curricular club experiences; (7) There is a low correlation found between the graduates’ employabilities and education-job match three years after graduation; (8) There is a low correlation found between the graduates’ employabilities and job satisfaction three years after graduation. There, it is suggested that the important learning experiences and employabilities found should be strengthened in the case university and the universities smiliat to the case universities; and, the in-depth studies could be conducted based on the findings in further studies.
