運用視覺設計觀點探討後現代社會現象

Abstract

  在50年代末至60年代初期,由於科技及工業的高速發展,我們進入了後工業社會階段,而社會文化也經過一次次劇烈的衝擊、改變,漸漸的推進至「後現代主義時期」,這時期充斥著「不確定性」、「凌亂性」的反叛性格,強烈否定對於現代性的種種,像是否定一元論、獨斷論、父權制或是純粹理性等,積極創造新的生活空間和生存方式。而後現代社會同時被稱為工業社會、資訊社會、晚期資本主義社會等,這時期強調顛覆現代性,追求一種泛遊戲化的精神,大眾媒體、流行文化、消費文化影響社會大眾的生活模式。 本研究期望利用後現代的美學特徵、藝術現象(解構、普普),和後現代特殊的圖文觀,像是失焦的圖片、誇張的畫面、破碎的文字、無規則的編排方式等,將後現代各層面社會現象,不再是利用傳統的文本敘述方式,而是利用設計的語彙做為傳達與呈現,從中了解社會現象與設計之間的關連性,使設計更貼近生活,並作為後現代設計影像應用的參考。
  Postmodernism, in general to believe that first appear in 1934 publication by Federicode Onis, adoption the Spanish “postmodernismo” in that literary work. Postmodernist in the arts have influenced philosophy and the analysis of culture and society, expanded the importance of critical theory, and been the point of departure for works of literature, architecture, and design. Postmodernism is just like a movement, in this Age backlash all elements of Modernism, and trying to create the new mode and lifestyle. The postmodern social also referred to as Industry Society、Information Society or Late Capitalism, in this conditions the mass media、pop culture and desire to consume influence people deeply.   This research expects use the postmodern aesthetics( Deconstruction 、POP Art), to make use of bombastic or fragmentation pictures and fonts, or out rules lay out etc, to show the different parts of the postmodern social phenomenon. Trying to know the relation between social phenomenon and design, make visual design more press close to the human life.
