雙北地區國民中學女性教師情緒智力管理與管教行為關係之研究

Abstract
本研究旨在透過瞭解國民中學女性教師情緒智力管理及管教行為的現況與其相互影響的關係,俾作為教育機關未來改善相關情形的參據。為了達到研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,以「國民中學女性教師情緒智力管理與管教行為之調查問卷」作為研究工具,並以雙北地區國民中學女性教師為研究對象,共發放問卷950份,有效樣本755 份。根據問卷填答結果,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行資料分析。
根據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下:
一、雙北地區國民中學女性教師擁有良好的情緒智力管理,其中以創意思考與人際關係處理表現最佳。
二、雙北地區國民中學女性教師具有良好的管教行為,且能落實正當的管教程序。
三、雙北地區國民中學年紀輕的女性教師較能以創新、創意的思考模式,來轉化負面的情緒,進而達成自我激勵與改變人際關係。
四、雙北地區國民中學年紀輕的女性教師較能以開放、創新、創意且合理的方式管教學生行為。
五、雙北地區國民中學兼任行政職務的女性教師在整體情緒智力管理優於擔任導師,且能適時的激勵自己,轉化負面的情緒。
六、雙北地區國民中學女性教師情緒智力管理越高者,其管教行為相對越正確良好。
七、雙北地區國民中學女性教師情緒智力管理各層面因子,都是影響管教行為的因素,且以人際關係處理層面影響最大。
本研究根據研究結果,提出數項建議,供教育主管機關、學校、教師及未來相關研究者作為參考。

The aim of this study was to know what are junior high school female teachers emotional intelligence and the status of the discipline and discusses on the relationship between them and influence of esch other;the outcome will offer experimental results to the educational institutions as improving the participation of relevant circumstances. To achieve the objective, the research uses questionnaire to justify" junior high school female teachers’ emotional intelligence management and discipline behavior of survey " as a research tool, The replying of the 950 questionnaires turns out to be 755 valid. The results include descriptive statistics, independent-sample test,and one factor the same number analysis and multiple recircle(regression)methods for data analysis. According to result of the data analysis, the conclusion are as follows : 1. The female teachers working in junior high of Taipei areas have peformed the best on creative thinking and dealing with interpersonal relationship, also having good management of emotional intelligence. 2. The female teachers working in junior high of Taipei areas have more proper discipline methods and put them into practice following the discipline procedure. 3. Junior high school young female teachers are more innovative, creative thinking to transform negative emotions, self motivation and change relationships in Taipei areas. 4. Junior high school young women teachers can adopt an open, innovative, creative and reasonable way to discipline students in Taipei areas. 5. Junior high school female teachers with administrative duties in the overall management of emotional intelligence is superior to mentor teachers, also used to deal with problems encountered in different ways, and can provide inspiration, transformation of negative emotions in Taipei areas. 6. Junior high school female teacher's emotional intelligence management, the higher would be more correct discipline in Taipei areas. 7. All the factors of emotional intelligence are influenced to female teachers, especially interpersonal relationship processing wellness level will be a major affect in Taipei areas. According to the effort on my research, the results, implications and findings are all strongly recommended to the education authorities, schools,teachers and future reasearchers as an useful reference.
